It was a bumpy start. After messages indicating that I'd be arriving in the early hours of the 22nd, I'd hoped that a room would be kept or that I'd be informed that a room was not available at that hour. I was too tired to get the reception clerks name but he was polite and promised me a room soon. It took a couple of hours, but I was given a room. However, I felt overcharged for the room since it was of a lower grade than my booking, and I was charged the same as my booking. All's well that ends well, and the room was impeccable as always. Missed the lobby decorations this time. I also wish the extra day be credited to my accor account.

the hotel was clean, and the internet and AC worked well. The rooms are big. Staff helpful.

the weekend i stayed, the terrace lounge bar was booked for a private event on both days. thus, the lounge and bar facilities were not accessible. There is nowhere you can go around the hotel, it's on a busy road. it is a single building and nothing around the hotel. The hotel does not have any garden areas. good for a short stay but if you are staying longer than 2 two days then you need to rethink.

As an international traveler on business, the location is brilliant for me. Just 5 mins (10 with traffic) from the international airport. Check in is easy. The hotel has gone eco friendly on a lot of little amenities and it is visible. Breakfast & Dinner buffets were excellent. Lots of Indian and International choices. Good gym for a business traveler and overall value for money. Will be a regular.

The WiFi - the wifi is fast & reasonable but cuts off between the room & the gym or breakfast etc. One has to click on the wifi to reconnect again. A small hassle as I inadvertently used up data. Other than that everything was spot on. This glitch is not a deterrent to me staying at the hotel again.

The staff was amazing!! Harshita in the Restaurant took good care of us and my family. The Service staff during the breakfast was exceptional and made our stay comfortable. They were well organized, which made it quite an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was really good with a lot of Indian and continental variation with live cooking stations , which was amazing. The restaurant had delicious food and the roof top bar was a good visit too. The rooms are comfy and clean . And the Room service was quick. All in all was a good experience.

Can get noisy at night due to ongoing traffic . The walls are quite thin , so you can hear your next door neighbor talking.

Accor is usually a safe brand to book and we weren't disappointed. We had a relaxing two nights here before a flight. Super clean room, comfy and huge bed, nice pool, great shower. We took a late upgrade too so had a massive suite plus free cocktails and snacks in the evenings - a very good decision! What made our stay were the lovely staff, cleaners, reception, chefs, waiters, everyone was friendly and professional. Special mention to Sanket who served our drinks in the evenings 👍👌Re location, we took a taxi tour of Mumbai - goot picked up from the hotel - and city centre accessibility will soon become even easier when the new metro fully opens. Oh, we also had a little Xmas stocking hanging on our room door handle 🙏💙

The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options that I thoroughly enjoyed. The level of service provided during breafast time exceptional, and I found the staff care given during having the breakfast to be the best among all the hotels I've visited in Mumbai. I want to extend my gratitude to Anju for her outstanding support. She is truly the best staff member at the hotel, demonstrating exceptional skills in handling guests. Anju was adept at addressing any concerns or complaints and ensuring that guests were happy and content. Thanks to her efforts, our stay was memorable because of her, and I appreciate the care and attention she provided.

It’s a good property which is very close to the airport. Staff is very helpful and rooms are very clean and spacious. Toilets are very clean with lots of amenities. Ironing board, a locker to keep your valuables, room service, a swimming pools and spa. It has all that one would expect from a decent hotel.

Breakfast - there is not much order in which the breakfast is organised. Feels very disorganised. The cakes were kept open on display which felt dried out (should have had a cover on top). I Didn’t see a choice of breads which you find in a lot of hotels. Not much organic or healthy options (unless I’ve missed them completely).

Breakfast variety was sufficient for me. Appreciated that almond/oat milk were available. Staff at breakfast were attentive. The room was splendid. Netflix on TV was a bonus. Good pressure and temperature in the shower. Bed was king size and extremely comfortable with big pillows. Had the best sleep in a while. The welcoming snack was a nice surprise together with the personalised letter from the hotel. Housekeeping staff on 8th floor was efficient and polite. Spa offered professional service at a good rate. Gym was adequately equipped.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean with a modern, well-maintained bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day off right. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely caring, attentive to every detail, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's clear that they are well-trained and dedicated to making each guest feel valued and welcome.

Loved the whole check-in experience, the staff is well trained, and even the bar staff knows the occupancy rates. Which just shows how much training they go thru. The breakfast spread is decent. Also appreciate the swift actions of the F&B staff of the restaurant on the first floor in replacing my dish. Also loved the lil garden of veggies behind the hotel

The area around the property is a bit mismatched, the lobby is quiet smal also the buffer space between the hotel and its boundaries are but compact.
