Friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast was good and reasonable options. Large clean rooms with big bathrooms. AC working very well, this seems like a new build. The decor is also nice.

It's more like very nice serviced apartment as the rooms are all located in a building on 1st floor. The building is completed but waiting for shops etc to occupy. It's not far from the airport, around 5 km but can take time, around 30 min. The hotel is on main road and taxi to Tivat and Kotor is around €25 and Budva around €35 (all one way) so if you have a car then Hotel Boka is convenient otherwise need to take taxi everywhere (use Taxi Red, good reasonable taxi service, honest people). There are no local bus stops or trains near this hotel. Buses only run directly between the towns, so from Tivat to Budva but they seldom stop in between and timings are never accurate due to delays on roads.

Wonderful hotel! Everything is new, modern, and clean. The staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast leaves no further desires! Eventhough the area around the hotel is currently all construction, we had a great view of the mountainius area!

That the kitchen closes after breakfast. Only breakfast is served, you have to now go eat out at a restaurant of your choosing. Far from any water mass, right on the expressway.

The stuff was very friendly and willing to help! Also great variety in breakfast and super clean and modern rooms! The channel list on smart tv had a huge variety making it the cherry on the top!

I was on a long motorcycle ride and booked this hotel last minute after having dinner in Kotor Bay. I would have liked to stay on the water, but I was booking last minute and this was the closest hotel I could find. It is located in an industrial zone so I really had no expectations. It urned out to be lovely. We arrived after midnight and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available in an underground garage connected to the hotel. They let us sit out on the large terrace adjacent to the lobby to enjoy our own drinks as everything was already closed in the hotel. The room was modern, very spacious, well air conditioned, and featured a small kitchen unit.

I hate to comment on location because the location is clear when you book a property. I would stay here again if there was no availability on the water as it really is a wonderful hotel. However, do note, there is nothing around in walking distance and you will need a car to get down to Kotor Bay.

Lovely stay in a brand new hotel. Room was spotless and a great size with comfy beds. Breakfast was good with different options available plus juice and a coffee machine. The hotel was close to the cable cars and only a 10 minute drive to Kotor old town (not at busy periods as we did sit in traffic some of the time).

The surrounding area is currently having a lot of work done and the hotel is also having a shopping mall built which isn’t yet finished. When we first arrived we were not sure it was open but you drive down a ramp into the car park to access the hotel lifts.

The hotel was really great. It's only been open for about 6 months. You can see that it's new. It's also reflected in a few small issues we had, but nothing was serious and everything was addressed. It's a short drive from the touristy areas of Kotor, but that also means that the area isn't crowded, and provides convenient access to other areas, such as the Kotor cable car and Lovcen Nat. Park

It a very new modern hotel. Everything inside is new which gives pleasant feeling. Because the whole building is new , part of the building is not occupied but it is clean and empty. The hotel is on the second level with small garden on part of the roof-very nice. The location is perfect for visiting around and practically 5-7 Min from the airport. Huge parking available free of charge.

Rooms were really spacious, meticulously arranged and designed. Accent walls with photos of some of the most beautiful Boka Bay locations added warmth to the space. Staff was extremely welcoming and breakfast was spot on. The hotel is perfectly located on a crossroad between Tivat and Kotor, with each town a short drive away. Plenty of parking space as well. Can't wait to be back. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast has quite enough variety. Since the hotel has just opened, everything is very clean and of zero quality. The cleanliness is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's quite comfortable.

Since the airport is close, planes fly over us. Also far from the city.
