Right next to the ferry port! My father and I stayed here the night before we were due to get the ferry. While the reception is only manned part of the day, it's easy to get in touch with the staff via phone and WhatsApp. They even let us check in early as we had been caught in a rain storm (we are motorcyclists). The room was spacious and well equipped, including Netflix on the TV. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and it won't be the last :)

The location was perfect because a walkable distance from the ferry terminal! The hotel has a lovely modern chic style and a Chinese restaurant on the top floor! The large walk in shower was great too.

Couldn't check in early because arrived mid morning and would have been quite nice to have been able to check in straight away 😔

The room was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, excellent shower with lots of hot water, a kettle and a fridge in the room with access to a microwave. The window overlooked a working fishing harbour - not to everyones taste, but I found it interesting. The hotel is surrounded by eating places, and I was able to park very close every day. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, both before I arrived (messages through Booking.com) and while I was there. I had told her my legs weren't good, so she helped as much as she could and consulted with me on what I could and couldn't do.

The lift wasn't working, which was a shame, but I had been told in advance and the rooms are on the first floor, so I was ok. And people helped with my luggage both coming and going.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size and we liked the fact that we could book a triple room for our three grown up children. Good location for reaching Amsterdam, Haarlem, Velsen etc, and if you’re taking a ferry to Newcastle. Great places to eat in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (and in the same building), and within a 10-30 minute drive in local area. Great for fresh fish on the fish quai and more industrial then beautiful, but a great place to use as a base to explore the area.

It would be more eco friendly and nicer to have china cups for tea/coffee.

The location of this hotel was ideal for the Ferry back to Newcastle after a short stay in Berlin,the fish café next to the hotel was brilliant, and made an absolutely brilliant fish and chip supper,we will definitely stay here again

Found the staff friendly very helpful especially when we couldn't get a taxi to the port with our heavy luggage and the kind receptionist offered to take us to the port in her car which was very much appreciated.

The location was somewhat close to the cruise terminal. Nice restaurant close by.

Elevator wasn't working. Front desk not staffed in the morning.

Comfortable hotel, not expensive and very close to the Ijmuiden to Newcastle ferry terminal. Great fish and chips next door.

Breakfast. Zandvoort is n't a nicer location, but at the date no rooms for a reasonable price.

Both checkin and checkout were fully online, I have not seen any staff member. Nice and clean.

The rooms are not very quiet.
