I like the hotel!. Excellent breakfast, quiet, services in general very good. The professional and super friendly attention of Hildegard Strauss! I will return to this hotel as soon as I return to Holland

Some employees show little patience for people who do not speak Dutch or fluently English. Their annoyance is noticeable and they are not very attentive, for example the dark-skinned boy at the reception and also a Ukrainian girl (the oldest) who is rude when giving instructions. Take care of those details. Because the Hyatt brand is empathetic.

Room and breakfast were excellent. Lunch or dinner menu was limited and no preferences! There should be drinking water bottles as though tap water is said to be drinking but it has link to toilet water separates with a valve only. bacteria’s can easily move to water taps advised to take water to drinking. I think this should be advised whatever unless there is dedicated drinking water tapes totally isolated from toilet water.

I like the location, car parking and support, computer services, staff, rooms, bed.

Staff service was nice. Airport shuttle was useful and punctual. The bed was very comfy. They offer simple breakfast package for takeaway if earlier than breakfast starts. Public transport was 9 minutes walk

Location was not very easy for people without cars. No coffee machine in the room.

While acceptable and very good, the return shuttle charge to the airport seemed a little "out of place" for Hyatt.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The services were excellent, and the reception and kitchen staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed that made for a great night’s sleep. We requested a room with a bath and the staff happily accommodated us—my son loved it! To top it off, it was his birthday, and the staff surprised him at breakfast with delicious brownies a candle, which made the day extra special. The food prices at the hotel were very reasonable, and having a free shuttle bus to the airport was a significant advantage. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

Comfortable bed

It feels too fat from airport to call it an airport hotel. And 7.50 charge for shuttle ride to airport seemed unnecessary. Also having to go to lobby to sign up for shuttle seemed silly. If someone had mobility issues this would be unacceptable

This is the perfect place to stay if you are planning to travel around the Amsterdam region. It is located near the airport which has trains to Amsterdam Central and there is direct shuttle services from/to airport. Rooms are really big and clean. Although it is near the airport you don’t hear the planes that much. The staff are really nice, if you have to check out and still want to travel around they store your luggage for you. The breakfast was a big yes for us, it was really delicious and there were a lot of options. The only downside is the portion of dinner. 10/10 definitely would come back.

Very clean, and a room that was spacious by western european standards. Modern bathroom, relatively fluffy and definitely clean towels. Comfortable bed, sofa set and desk+chair as well as tons of electricity outlets. Very efficient airport shuttle takes you from and to the airport in less than ten minutes. There was a busy road outside my window, with traffic starting up around 6 AM, but the double windows did a good job of sound-proofing the room, also against airplane noise.

1. No Netflix or any other streaming service app installed on the TV. Why, when everyone uses streaming services? Not even the possibility to cast from your phone or tablet onto the TV screen. 2. Breakfast was copious, but 100% the same each and every day. I understand that this is an airport hotel, so most people probably stay one night, but even so... I stayed a few nights and saw quite a few of the same people for breakfast, and heard a few grumble about the lack of breakfast options. 3. Location is convenient for airport, but to go anywhere else you need to walk a good ten minutes. Not too far, but still. Also, I did not see a single supermarket/grocery store/restaurant around, so if you do not want to eat at the hotel you're out of luck.

A very nice, modern, comfortable, and safe property. The hotel had everything we needed and has been kept in good condition. The shuttle is easy and convenient. Restaurant and bar on site.

The food at the restaurant could have been better.

Modern, stylist and exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the fantastic food - breakfast was absolutely delicious and there were plenty of options for evening snacks too. I also enjoyed the quality of the toiletries and the comfortable beds.

The only downside in my view is transportation. This property is about 20 minutes from the nearest train station (Hoofddorp). While there are buses nearby, it’s inconvenient to take them in case of bad weather. There is next to the hotel, but not included in the room rate (I wish it were!). For a bit of context: we did not arrive from the airport, we drove there so perhaps the above is irrelevant if you fly as the hotel offers shuttles.
