Everything was just perfect - location, facilities, the room, cleanliness. But most of all, our hosts Martha and Lefteris: they really make your stay memorable; very friendly, discrete, always smiling, always willing to help and give you the best advises depending on your interests. The second you check in, you feel like you're in the house of some your best friends. The location of the property is also great - in a quite area, with a great view and a huge balcony. At the same time, it's quite easy to get around by bus or car hire if you wanted to visit the nearby villages.

Pancratium is the perfect place on Santorini if you want to escape the crowds and to be in a typical Greek village. Situated in a quiet spot in Akrotiri, it has astonishing views across the caldera. Our room was spacious with a stunning view. We arranged to be picked up in the harbour and then brought back to airport at a small cost. Martha and Lefteris are exceptional hosts, even providing a local mobile phone to use if we needed to be picked up or dropped off and local beaches restaurants etc and this was no cost. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, the orange juice was fresh squeezed too! Thank you, Martha and Lefteris, for all you did to make our stay so special we didn’t want to leave.

The hotel is very well equipped and extremely tidy and clean. Fresh towels every day. Martha and Lefteris are dream hosts who do their utmost to make your stay an unforgettable experience, literally going the extra mile to take you to the nearest supermarket when it is pouring, or to a restaurant in the next village in case that the local restaurants are still hibernating (we stayed in the beginning of March, off-season, and many places were stiil closed, but we enjoyed every minute that we spent on the quite island that is gorgeous all year round).

We loved everything about Pancratium. The views are incredible. The spacious, very comfortable room and the lovely bathroom were kept very clean, as was our outside terrace. Martha and Levteris were the most amazing, friendly and accommodating hosts who were incredibly helpful at all times. Martha gave us plenty of very helpful advice on the islands attractions and all the good restaurants too. The peaceful location away from the crowds was still well serviced by a lovely village with easy connections to all the sights. We really appreciated Levteris and Martha providing transfers wherever we wanted to go but there is also a great bus service. We would highly recommend Pancratium.

Martha, the host, and her husband were absolutely amazing. They were always available to assist and their passion for their beautiful hotel was evident. Everything was meticulously taken care of, and the unbelievably stunning view added to the charm. The breakfast was delightful, featuring homemade sweet spreads that we absolutely loved. I had an amazing stay! The view, facilities, and service were all incredible, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the host, Martha. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home. You can get the views/facilites in any other villa, but you can't find another Martha. Highly recommend!

Best place where to stay in Santorini ! The area is quiet and beautiful, Martha and her husband are so nice and helpful and we had a wonderful time in Pancratium. We will certainely stay there again if we come back to Santorini and I highly recommand it ! I also recommand this area if you want to be away from the crowd and experience an authentic Santorini.

The location is superb, with stunning views of the Caldera, Fira and Oia (not to mention the azure Mediterranean sea). Martha from Pancratium is a wonderful person who took care of us from start to finish, helping us make bookings for restaurants, giving us great suggestions and keeping us comfortable. The best "agrotouristic" experience ever. If you look for your little peace of heaven under the Greek sky and stars this is exactly the place you should select. Pancratium is located at the end of little street almost on the top of the hill with a panoramic view to the caldera and the Akrotiri village with the beautiful church and pretty good shape ruins of venetian castle. There are only 3 apartments in this facility so you might book them all if travelling by larger group. Little center of Akrotiri with small supermarket few cafeteries and restaurants is just 5 minutes walking distance down the hill so you need to climb a bit when coming back. Spacious parking lot in front of the facility and small but very good moto/quad/car rental just arround the corner. Owners are very friendly and helpful, Martha will give you short introduction to the best places to visit in Santorini arranging everything whatever you need. Super clean room was bit smaller than in the description compensated by very nice terrace with a whirlpool and great panorama.

This is not a remark on facility but if happens that the other guests decide having a party on the terrace it becomes disturbing.. .luckily they left next day :-)
