The hotel is is a lovely location with lots of facilities. The buffet restaurant is excellent. Massive selection, variety and quality. Sea sports activities are free. Canoe, pedalo, and sail boarding Loads of activities Quality of drinks and cocktails very good. Theodora on reception is a credit to your team who exceeded our expectations

Too many children in the fresh water pool. Unable to swim lengths. The salt water pool is too cold Food poisoning from one meal in the Italian a la carte

- Impeccable property : clean and attention to detail throughout - Great service : our flight was at midnight and we checked out at 11. They gave us a decently priced extension till 6pm (including the full board) and even included dinner for free - Kids activities : focus on kids like the kids club, music and dance and the waterpark - Full board : loads of things included, a boat trip to another island, sunset boat trip, 4 pools with their own eateries, ice cream anytime, cocktails on demand, one free dinner at one of the paid restaurants. There is probably more, we couldn't do it all in a 3 night stay.

Very beautiful hotel with nice nature surroundings. All inclusive of high quality, especially as we stayed a week and were allowed to dine 4 time a la carte in various high quality restaurants. No real sandy beach as rocky side of Corfu but a very comfortable and very large wood+sand platform with quality long chairs and a quiet bar. Possibility to use once daily for free canoes or paddle boards. One free half-day boat trip to the South of the island.

Maybe a bit far away from Corfu Town (30mns by car). Beach bar menu could have been expanded a bit to better last a week. Not a good starting point if you like to go for long walks. Not a pb for us but beware if older people as the hotel is built on a steep hill.

These are more recommendations for improvements rather then the things I did not like: - would be nice to have cutlery, cups and plates for children, especially when the hotel it targeting families - lack of internal/external playgrounds - there is a kids klub/crash, which is nice, but having such facilities accessible for everyone would be useful, especially during rainy days - moving around the hotel can be challenging as it is very big, more signs would definitely help.

The beach and pools are beautiful, the water park is perfect for the kids and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and the free boat rides to the city centre really upgraded our experience.

The room we got is not a 5-star hotel room, especially the bathroom. The first room we got was horrible, with a squeaking bathroom door, dirty (we found used contact lenses on the bathroom floor) and not soundproof at all (contrary to the advertisement on booking.com). After a sleepless night we asked for another room and was quickly transferred to a slightly better and much quieter room. Still, the bathroom is 3-stars at best and the room was quite small for a family suite. The pictures in booking.com do not match the reality, at least for the type of room that we booked. However the great facilities in the hotel made up for this to a large extent.

Everything!! the hotel is absolutely amazing, so many great facilities, right on the lovely beach, super clean all the time! It’s also been kept up to date, and renovated often! loads of activities for kids, have never been in a place with so many families around, which we loved! The best part tho is the stuff!!! every single person was so lovely and went far and beyond to make our stay amazing!!!

The only thing I think could’ve been better was the bathroom in our room, the room itself was renovated but the bathrooms are still older, and not really a five star, if I am being a bit picky!

MarBella is amazing. In every way. We have been twice and LOVED it all. No compromise on luxury and still fantastic for children. The sea and location are stunning, the hotel beautifully designed. And the staff are fabulous, every single one is a commsumate professional. This is not always the case by any means but here I have found them fabulous.

More variety of food at the beach / pool side would be good - but that is not to say what is on offer isn't good, I personally would like a few super healthy things like fresh smoothies or more salads but this is a tiny point as the menu they have appeals to most people, my husband and son loved the burgers!

We had an unforgettable stay at MarBella Corfu! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning views left us in awe. A very special thanks to Marina, who went above and beyond to make our experience extraordinary. Not only was she incredibly welcoming and attentive, but she also surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a private pool. This generous gesture truly made our stay exceptional. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options each day. We were consistently impressed by the friendly staff, who made us feel at home throughout our stay. If we return to Corfu, it will undoubtedly be thanks to Marina and the wonderful team at MarBella Corfu. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, grounds. Loved Ibiza style chilled beach bar sounds with Bali Beds looking out onto the water, charming! Loved the other end with the shallow water. Beautiful clear calm sea and warm enough to swim in. Food delicious every where and plenty of choice for us vegetarians. One of the pools was heated which everyone we enjoyed. Our kids enjoyed a few mornings at the Kids Club which was first class.

The kids could not enjoy the water slides, because the water was not heated and the kids pool ice cold! Also, the kids slides have permanent freezing cold shower jets everywhere from all angles, its not fun, more like cold water torture. There was a lot of looks and tutting at our little ones making noise both from some hotel staff and many guests. We did feel under a lot of pressure to try to keep them quiet. In the end, we found a lone spot at the far end of the beach where the little ones could be as noisy as they liked, the sea was shallow and in the end it was better because we got a real Durrell's experience

Friendly staff and good service.

The upgrade we paid for was not as good as it was portrayed. Included ‘extras’ had to be chased up or didn’t happen. We were presented with pre booked restaurant vouchers when we arrived but when we tried to change one, for what we believed was the best restaurant, couldn’t be catered for as it was fully booked from the outset. The fact that this restaurant only opened on three of the nights we were there probably didn’t help. An advertised rooftop cocktail bar had closed for the season.
