We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant. We enjoyed the lazy river and man made beach. We also loved or rooms. We absolutely loved the 6pm bon fires and interactive games and music they put on for the kids.

The parking was horrendous!! We could NOT find a parking. One night we had to park at the front office and walk all the way back to our room. When this happens it would be nice if the workers could take us in their golf carts at least, since there are hills and suge a long distance away. The food at the restaurant isn't great but it's okay. We've stayed here twice and noticed the workers in the Armadillo kid place are always half asleep and not very interactive. It gives us "go away" vibes.

The pool was lovely, and the slides my kids loved! Lots of things planned around families, making smores by the fire pits, belly flop Contest (ouch) crafts at an additional charge . They have a golf course, nature trails and a lazy river which was very nice .

As soon as we arrived I was very disappointed that my well deserved family vacation that I saved up for was greeted and the told to meet with a gentleman at the concierge desk . Where I was given a parking pass , and a small subtle " Hello here's all this stuff and oh by the way if you can get up at whatever time in the am and meet us for 90 minutes to see if you are interested in a time share opportunity " . No seriously I was so thankful that my husband did not attend this vacation since they let me know with him not being there I could not in fact listen to them tell me why I need a timeshare and all the benefits.

Thank you for allowing us to check in early. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special - from towel cake, card, balloons to staff singing happy bday at pool party. Literally most comfortable pillows ever. The nighttime pool party was so fun. The weather is gorgeous. We enjoyed playing chess & making smores. The gentlemen who handed us smores was so sweet. Lazy river moves you along fast & had little trouble getting tube. Luggage carts were always available. Room & bathroom spacious. Loved the balcony too.

The door in room 6485 is near impossible to open, I'm surprised I didn't injure my shoulder from having to use my body weight to open. People hoard rafts at Lazy River. The girl at camp armadillo (short blond hair, glasses, ankle tattoo) gave me a death stare when we went in to make slime. I asked her what the look was for & she said she had already made 20 slimes today & had to go wash a dish. Then snapped at coworker that it's warm in there because she is always cold. Some boy threw a ball at my daughter's face as she came down slide. Staff wasn't watching (on phone) so I yelled at him myself & grabbed the ball so he wouldn't use if anymore. Some old lady told my kid hot tub is adults only. I corrected her but at that point my kid didn't want to be in there with that grumpy lady.

2 bedroom apartment was brilliantly proportioned and kitted out perfectly. Staff very nice and helpful, gym decent and lazy river fun. The property ran very well and there is a.nice vibe.

Booking.com/the hotel miscommunicated so our booking wasn't on the system. We spent 2 hours waiting to see what room was available and eventually got the room we booked, after some hustling between all parties. Manager was very good and tried extremely hard to sort out the issue, which was eventually resolved.

Beautiful grounds and villa! Loved the lazy river ! The villa was modern , well equipped and clean. The trails were a fun adventure too! The small details we didn't like were minor compared to everything we did like! We would love to return and would recommend to others.

The bed was really low to the ground, it was almost impossible to turn the lamp off from the bed and the mattress was not very comfortable. Also the lazy river closes at 7:30pm, and its not even dark at that time in the summer.

The villas are prepped with dishware/coffee etc, they offer tide and fabric softener for laundry. They offer daily activities . Great place for families. Bathrooms and sleeping area were clean and spacious.

The ONLY things I didn't like was the depth of the lazy river and pool. Missed opportunity on that one, at approx. 3 feet deep, doesn't give a lot of swimming room, and im 5"6.it's definently for kids. There's a little area that gets 4 ft and that's it. The water slide is great but feels like a grater on your back going down. The game room has about 5 mediocre games. The place was fun. They've got amenities and for families with kids and teenagers, this could be a hit. For adults that enjoy waterslides also- maybe not so much.

Wow !! First time here and as soon as I went to front desk I felt very welcome. Front desk gentleman name Wesley was so helpful as he helped me stayed in the same room with out switching due to having two different booking dates. The gentleman in concierge Mr. Aldo Was so nice and helpful thank you so much for making me feel very welcome it was so helpful as I get nervous going to a place I never been before. you and Wesley are 5 star’s employees and the Hyatt should be proud . Loved the lazy river! Bed was comphy. Good space in room. A lot of fun amenities.

The shower was frustrating. We had a hard time regulating the temperature. The first day my shower was lukewarm at best. The faucet was turned as high as it could go towards hot. The next time, the water was too hot, I turned it down a tiny bit, then it was lukewarm. I turned it back up and it stayed lukewarm.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very polite and professional. The grounds and amenities were in great shape.

We were on the 3rd floor and we didn't have WiFi. They tried to fix it while we were there but weren't able to. They did give us resort credit to compensate. Mark was the person who was trying to get it working. He was nice and kept us updated on what they were working on. We didn't get advanced notice that they were resurfacing the parking lots. Erin in guest services was able to work out our room situation. We were traveling with an elderly parent that had limited mobility. It worked out in the end but took a while. I greatly appreciated guest services assistance.

I loved mainly the peacefulness and the relaxation that we needed while still being able to enjoy ourselves with our children it was perfect I’m very thankful for the hospitality that you have and offer will be most definitely recommend

I’m really trying to think what is there not to like about the property I wanna say maybe more car parking space for each section because the section I was at there was a time where I’d have to park in a different section because my section was full.
