While the neighborhood wasn’t in an area for nightlife, it was very close to the interstate in a major road. The brick fence around the property gave a secure feeling for arriving late at night. Ample parking.

The area didn’t feel safe, lots of iron bars on doors and windows of the nearby buildings. The breakfast space is too small. I was the farthest possible from a lady talking about chewing her steak as a child then spitting it out and detailing how that looked. With today’s airborne illnesses I’d like to see a bigger area for eating without having to sit on the lobby furniture.

The breakfast provided was fine and tasty. Warm and cold breakfast choices were available. The location was near enough and far enough from the main highway and on a major thoroughfare. Easy to locate and maneuver.

There were a number of things that could have been better, but what was delivered was excellently consistent with the costs assigned to their facility.

Ramona was excellent she she upsold the members program and made sure we were taken care of. She apologied several times about the key program not working. She was super helpful. Her Customer service was A1

I'd like to see a little more variety in the breakfast meats. But overall was very decent

Even though my wife and I were late coming down for the breakfast timing, the manager told us that we were welcome to go ahead and eat, due to the great lady was not removing the remaining food yet. It was a wonderful staying.🤗

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk reception was very kind and welcoming to my family. I definitely will be using location again.

It was across from cemetery, but the hotel itself was still great, so it's not a big deal.

After reading several bad reviews that were mostly posted from a year ago, I must admit had I seen those earlier I'm pretty sure I would have cancelled reservations. Glad I didn't !!

Not many if any nice restaurants near hotel that we like to visit.

The staff and the room were good. The staff helped us when the TV was not set up correctly, came directly to room to fix. They also suggested an excellent restaurant in the area. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful she did a lovely job welcoming us she came help me with my tv she was so nice and the breakfast was delicious I would love to come back and stay and the room was amazing and clean

It was very good and beneficial due to that it saved time ..the food was good and staff kept the area stocked and cleaned..

AlThe staff went out of their way to help accommodate me. I requested a handicapped room, I was given a standard room. I explained to the staff that I can't physically get in and out of the bath tub. The gentleman brought a shower seat that allowed me to sit on the edge and pick up my legs to get them into the tub. Then i waa able to stand up and take a shower. It was more difficult than a walk in shower but it worked for me. The hotel needs more than 1 handicapped room. Not many people need or want to take a sit down bath in a tub. Please convert more rooms to walk in showers.

I wasn't impressed with the coffee or the breakfast. But the pancake machine was cool. The pool has a gazebo but it just wasn't close to the pool chairs or pool. The concrete was blistering hot and a few tables with umbrellas would give people the choice of sitting near the pool but in the shade. The gazebo could use a ceiling fan or something to offer relief from the sun and make the pool enjoyable.
