Location is superb, great service, the entire property is clean and comfortable

The buffet breakfast could use more "breakfasty" items

Awesome beach and pool area to lounge around with the bar right there. Free tuk-tuk available and everything is in easy walking distance from the hotel. The happy hour specials are great along with the live music after a long day out and about.

Breakfast is more lunch/dinner themes and not for everyone. Some families struggled with the breakfast options. The garden villas are situated right on Tourism Rd, and don't expect a quiet night especially over the weekend as the music from the area is loud and goes till at least 3 am. As you are right near the road, expect to hear all the traffic.

Beautiful gardens with lots of varieties of plants. The communal areas were lovely. There were beach dogs there but were looked after by the hotel and fed with dog food which was fantastic to see. Breakfast had a good variety although we had to pay extra for a proper coffee. Close distance to some great places to eat such as roots or naga We had a use of big strong umbrellas And we had a lovely gift that we did not expect when we booked it - we got a very handy large beach bag!

During the day time there is no beach. The room was quite run down and in a need of maintenance, the shower was never hot, it was like warm at most. You had to request cleaning if you wanted it daily which we did but if we did not leave a “please clean sign” they wouldn’t clean it. Spa was good , we had some great massages there. We never got to use the free tuk tuk as the lady who is the driver was not there most of the time. Helmets for the bike hire were not very good or safe so just be aware

Very nice Hotel directly on the beach. Nice Pool area and good Restaurant. Awesome spa. Breakfast buffet with fresh eggs, good selection. Free SUPs, Yoga mats and Beach towels. Nice sunrise like in the picture (no Sunset).

You are greeted by a List of Prices for stained sheets/towels and broken ameneties, which is rediculous for the Price of the room. Housekeeping not very attentive (dirty sheets left on our luggage). But Generally super nice staff. Initially a Shared van for Transport to hotel from Airport was offered, but when requested we were told that only private Vans are possible (left feeling a Bit scammed, since shared van was possible going back to the Airport). But you can always just hop one of the many Shared Vans waiting at the Airport.

The grounds were beautiful and relaxing and exceeded expectations. Very central in Siargao and close to restaurants and surfing. Peaceful and lots of greenery. Pool and restaurant area was gorgeous. Drinks and food well priced. Live music 2 x per week which was lovely.

Wifi did not work in our beachfront villa which made it hard for us to complete our work whilst abroad. Somewhat better if working at the pool restaurant area but still fairly bad. Beach not really swimmable but still very pretty. Indonesian restaurant was quite nice. We got 1 massage and 1 pedicure and both were very good. :)

We had the most fantastic stay at Siargao Island Villas. From the moment we entered the vicinity, the staff treated us with kindness and were very attentive to our needs. The photos of the property really don’t do justice- the beachfront exceeded our expectations. It was so peaceful enjoying the private beach and sipping on the fresh cocktails! We also enjoyed free water activities on the property. Our room was clean and incredibly comfortable. There was fresh drinking water available, fantastic wifi and excellent aircon. The staff were so friendly and very accomodating. We loved chatting to them! The food was incredible, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning and loved ordering from the menu and receiving fresh, local produce by the poolside. We also enjoyed the spa and received a fantastic massage. I definitely plan on coming back to this little paradise and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you for an incredibly stay to the entire team!

The resort is beautiful! Very luxurious feel. Restaurant food is good. Reasonable prices for the spa. Great location in the main touristy area of Siargao.

I don't think it was the resort's fault, but there may have been a disconnect between the online listing and the resort. I booked the beachfront villa, and online it said it houses up to 5, but once we got to the resort they said it can only house 4. One thing to note too is that the bathroom in our beachfront villa was completely open, with no closing doors. Even for the toilet. So privacy may be an issue. The beachfront villa seemed more geared towards a couple's retreat instead of a family vacation. Still a very comfortable room.

We absolutely loved the staffs of Island Villa. They’re accomodating, friendly, polite and helpful. Also, the location is conveniently accessible to commodities and local restaurants. Also, the complimentary breakfast was great! Food was excellent- compliment to the chef/cooks who made the buffet breakfast meals delicious. Heaps of decent food choices too! Actually, it was one of the highlights of our stay that we were too excited to get up into the next day! Also, the beach and the pool area are well maintained. Clean and the resort is peaceful too. Overall, kudos to all the staffs for your great customer service! 🙃👍👏

We didn’t really enjoy the facilities that much especially the pool area. Every time we wanted to relax and enjoy, there was not much beach chairs to accomodate their other guests, despite whatever time you come - early or not it’s always been occupied! I wish you would add additional beach chairs for some other guest to enjoy as well. It was actually disappointing for us that even on our last day, we did not enjoy the facilities that much on our last couple of hours.

I like that they had parking so when you want to rent a motorcycle or car. There is a lot of parking space I love about the property is that its very private and complete with facilities. It has a gym, souvenir shop, bar, resto/breakfast buffet, beautiful landscaping, beach front view, the property is near a lot of popular restos and shops They offer vans to pick up & drop off to the airport, tours, car/motorcycle rental, laundry, spa and more. I was surprised that they had free tuktuk from morning to afternoon, where they can drop you off anywhere around the area. They also have the best view of the sunrise. It’s so private and exclusive.

- great location - great pool and setting - beautiful resort grounds. Loved the walk from the villa to the pool in the morning. Was great - good breakfast that alternates from day to day - 24 hr reception is always good - internet was fast and reliable. A couple of times it slowed down but on the whole it was good - parking available for scooters on site - beach front. Great place to lounge

- our villa was very close to the road so was very loud especially at night when trying to sleep. Me and my partner are deep sleepers so it wasn’t too big of an issue but if you aren’t a heavy sleeper, I would suggest you request a villa away from the main road. The villa didn’t feel like it was well insulated to the noise, and sometimes it felt like they were driving through our villa! - a couple of power outages while we were there but this is normal for the area. Both outages were overnight so it didn’t bother us - the amenities of the room could have been better. There wasn’t many power points and the power points require travel adapters ( we are from aus). We requested a power board which luckily had universal slots in it so we ended up being okay
