Location to beach and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and spacious. Gym was always clean every morning and had a good variety of things to do. Bartenders in the restaurant were awesome and so fun to talk to. I loved the little coffee shop and public balcony on the 4th floor so you could go see an amazing view without even leaving the hotel(but could use some chairs out there to relax)

Parking situation. Says there's parking when you make the reservation. Could be more clear on the fact it's all public parking and even in the off season you will basically be forced to do valet unless you want to walk a block to your car. Also none of the showers were on or working so when you came off the beach covered in sand there was no way to rinse off except for you shower in your room.

We absolutely loved the location and vibe of the hotel. The pool is awesome and so in the very large lobby area. You can spend hours in the lobby watching the waves or people on the beach or just reading or listening to the awesome 70s of music. The partial view of the ocean was actually a full view on our balcony by just turning our chairs in the direction of the ocean. We definitely will be back.

The pizza from the lobby, Joes Merchant is just awful. I would not recommend it. I didn't try anything else from there. I wasn't really impressed with the Landshark seafood restaurant either. However, I am allergic to seafood and ordered a hamburger and fries. The room was awesome except for the water pressure and temperature. We had to run the shower several minutes before the water would get warm. We tried at all hours during our 4 day stay so it doesn't appear to be a demand issue.

It was on the beach and I had a room with a balcony facing the beach. Sunrise and sunset views were exceptional

The arrangement of the suite. The sitting area was out of the view of the beach. The bedroom was the view which was great but no chairs to sit and relax and enjoy. Had to go through bedroom to get to balcony. We moved chairs from sitting room into the bedroom to relax in. Also. When you park and go in to check in, there are no instructions or signs. You come in from the bottom floor and have to go up to the next floor to check in. We were nit the only one confused upon arrival.

Nicely kept, close and easy access to beach, 5 person accommodation available, employees were friendly, efficient and gave great recommendations for places to eat.

Bathrooms didn’t have a towel rack for either the bath or hand towels. Only had a 2 prong hook to dry clothes or hang anything. Housekeeping only provided 4 towels for a 5 person room and had to call every time for an extra one. The balcony for the oceanfront room we requested was too small (narrow) to have a chair to sit outside. During the weekends, should always have at least 2 valets on duty to get the cars since we are being charged for it! Lastly when making the reservation, wasn’t informed that rates during Monday-Thursday was quite different than Friday-Sunday (almost double in price)

Lovely, quality facility. Clean, comfortable rooms. Valet was very easy to use and friendly. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. Great coffee at the little coffee and breakfast shop. Beautiful view and location.

The elevator setup was somewhat inconvenient. Certain elevators did not get you where you needed to go without a lot of walking around. The restaurant staff seemed to be inconvenienced by our wanting service the one time we ate downstairs. We chose not to eat or drink there the rest of our stay and it was fine. I think it’s becoming more normal to give subpar service and still expect a good tip because it’s hard to find people to work. Even the greeter (who appeared to be a manager) seemed to be annoyed that we wanted to eat there.

I like the decor. The property is new, so not too much to complain about.

The price to park is $27.00 per day. There is very little street parking. That would be a deal breaker if we were staying more than one night. The restaurant staff needs more training. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Our room was wired weird. You had to turn on the switch near the door to turn on the light in the bathroom. If you had to go to the bathroom at night, you had turn on the lights in the room so the bathroom light would come on. There is a master switch for all the power in the room. which is great for engery savings and has nothing to do with the weird way the lights are wired.

This is my second time staying at this location. I enjoyed the comfort of my bed, the view of the beach, the Deck the Chairs Christmas lights about a block from the hotel and the food is one of the best.

I would like to see this hotel do more holiday themed activities. There was no Christmas activities or Christmas themed food menu. I realize the hotel is only 2-3 years old, but hopefully they will up the fun experience in 2023.

Nice room, good food and portion size at restaurant, friendly staff, good valet staff. Wrist band to open room and use elevator was a good idea.

Elevators slow and at one was broken on check out and took 15 mins to get off the 8th floor. Need more luggage carts since they run out daily. Showed need a door as some of the lower wall is coming apart in room 830 due to water damage. Shower head needs more water pressure. Our iron board cover was so bad it just fell off and was too small to secure to the board. Need an app, tv, or better way to checkout than phone or in person.

The location was great Beach access was great Dining facilities were great Entertainment and bar was great Valet parking was great The room was in a great location with amazing views of the ocean.

The elevators were not the best. They were difficult to work and they were slow. No AC. The AC was not cold enough in the lobby, elevators, and hallways. Housekeeping did not clean our room until we complained. They did not provide new towels until we asked at the desk. We didn’t get lotion or shower caps in our deluxe king room.

Location was fabulous. Right on the beach and easy to access the area. Love the Margaritaville brand and having a restaurant and bar on site with views of the ocean was great.

Small things but the lamp by the bed did not work so difficult to read at night, the water pressure in the shower was really low and another bar/hook for towels in the bathroom would have been nice. Not a fan of valet parking. When paying $200 per night for a room, parking should be free.
