Easy check in , room view , very clean ,main sand beach but side beach has corals with easy access for snorkeling lovers , many restaurants to choose from , aqua park , but the most impressive thing is the STAFF very professional very helpful most of the time you don’t need to ask for any thing .. special thanks to Mr Amir who picked us a very nice room with pool and sea view literally one minute from every thing he kept checking us all the time , ABDO our bartender is awesome , Mohamed & Khalaf from housekeeping ,all the waiters I really want to mention every one of them ,so l definitely coming back 😊

We really liked the hotel; it's more suitable for family vacations because of the excellent animation both during the day and in the evening. The beach is large and sandy. However, we didn't like that it's very difficult to find free sunbeds as early as 8 AM. People leave their belongings and then go away for half a day or the entire day. For those who want to sunbathe, the only free places are by the pools. The grounds are excellent and beautiful. There are many pools, and the water park is great. The food is delicious with plenty of variety. Every evening there was a grill and local sweets, and often delicious watermelon. The cleaning is excellent, with very responsible staff. The hotel's spa center delighted us with its pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, the prices for tourists vary depending on their nationality. The rooms in the main building are very convenient, close to the sea and restaurants.

We didn't like the hookah; for $8, the quality was very poor. All the sunbeds on the beach are occupied constantly from 8 AM until the evening. There are no free spots at all.

A place that always makes me want to come back… This wasn’t my first time at Beach Albatros in Hurghada — it was actually my third stay — and once again, it was truly unforgettable. What keeps bringing me back is the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the front desk to the cleaning team, restaurant staff, and everyone in between, you always feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. That level of care makes a huge difference. The rooms are spotless and well maintained, with excellent daily cleaning service. The food is varied and delicious, with something new to try every day, and the restaurant staff are always attentive and polite, which makes every meal enjoyable. One of the highlights for me is how well-designed the resort is for all ages. The beach is beautiful, clean, and safe for kids — perfect for families. There's also a great water park for children, and separate pools for relaxing, so whether you're looking for fun or quiet, you’ll find it here. The whole place is always clean and well kept, which I really appreciate. To be honest, I’m currently staying at another well-known hotel in Hurghada, also famous for its aqua park — but I still prefer Beach Albatros. There’s just something special about it: the warm atmosphere, the perfect balance between relaxation and fun, and the consistent high quality of everything. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this hotel — not just out of habit, but because it always gives me the same amazing feeling. It truly feels like a second home for vacation

- Facilities - Aqua parks for different ages (usually hotels pay attention to one age, but literally all ages can have fun there) - Food was very good even considering the huge number of people they are serving - Many pools, heated and unheated for everyone - Different games and courts: Football, Tennis, Paddle, Minigolf - Nice equipped gym

All negative points are very minimal and they are just feedback for the hotel to be rated 10/10 in my book: - Gym is equipped with nice technogym machines, but it just needs two bars (One straight and one zigzag) and it would be complete and it wouldn’t cost them anything (Not really a negative but a constructive feedback) - Snacks variety for children (Ex. No burgers, no fries) - Drinks variety (Ex. no pomegranate and cherry syrups, which was a first for me in a 5-star hotel) - Kids club has a popcorn cart and the very small popcorn costed 10 euros or usd if I remember correctly- I shouldn’t pay anything for snacks or food on all inclusive, not a nice move tbh - Staff training: Many staff seems to be new and don’t know the hotel well or over pressured.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming—they genuinely go out of their way to ensure every guest feels at home and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Mr. Hamada, the reception manager. He was absolutely fantastic—professional, attentive, and always ready to help. He promptly addressed our requests and consistently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay.

Every thing is excellent, Pools, Beach and Staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hamda, he is very nice, helpful and professional. He is working to make the stay of guest comfortable and enjoyable. Quality of food is very good. All of the are really friendly. The activites and facilities at the hotel are various.

No thing, I just have few suggestions as follow 1- the time of dinner is short, so I suggest to increase it to 3 hrs instead of 2.30hrs, to ease the crowd and que 2- the no of restaurants serving the luch are not enough , this leads to very long lines, so Isuggest to consider spots specialzed for serving certain types of snacks like sandwiches and Pizza

Perfect family resort to stay at. They look after you very well. Unlimited drinks by the pool, heated pools and its all close together. Restaurants where good. Definitely recommend going to La marche and L'Asiatique. They have different buffets everyday and is so tasty. Rooms are tidy with cute balconies. We had the sea view, it was amazing! We did not expect the view to be that beautiful. They also have water sport activities which we didnt have time for as we were using the hotel facilities and didnt feel like getting out the pool. We went as a family and every room was perfect for us all. For a couple to a family of 4. They cater very well for you with enough beds upto 3/4 people in one room. Would highly recommend the garden view room as its closest to the pool. Overall very family friendly the Aqua park was so fun and they also had a kids club where you can drop your child off for a couple hours and go relax and right around the corner from there is a kids pool with slides etc and a surfing area which was so much fun. Thanks to our reception manager Mustafa Zakaria for granting our request during checkout and thanks to the hotel staff for making our rooms everyday and serving us around the resort.

Spa prices could be more reasonable as they are more than the uk but they negotiate a lot so haggle with them a lot The actual resort has no problems it was an excellent stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated very well. We were offered a free upgrade from a double room to junior suite because they felt we'd be more comfortable with more space since we were a family of 3 (with our 7-year-old son). The next day as I saw housekeeping cleaning the room across the hall, which was a full suite with seaview, I asked to move there and for a small fee I was able to upgrade to this beautiful (higher category) suite. We were very happy there and much appreciated the accommodating nature of the reception staff. The food in all of the buffet restaurants was very tasty and offered much variety, so everyone could find something they'd enjoy, even us vegetarians! The servers were also very nice and took good care of everyone. The hammam with steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, and hot stones was lovely (although the pricing was more like in Europe!) and the massage was relaxing. The couple of pools which were heated were very nice, but many were unusable at this time of year (Feb) because they were much too cold. There were 3 waterpark areas, one for very small kids, which was heated, but the 2 areas with waterslides for bigger kids and adults were unfortunately so cold that almost no one used them. We were looking forward to the waterpark with our 7-year-old son, but that was maybe the only disappointment of our whole stay. We would recommend at least one of the 2 larger waterslide areas to be heated, so the bigger kids and adults could enjoy it. We were happy that snacks and drinks were available near one of the heated pools and drinks and ice cream were offered by the children's waterpark. At the beach, there were waiters coming around to offer drinks; coffee and cake were offered in the cappuccino bar in the afternoon; and fresh orange juice was offered all-day long nearby, so there was really the feeling that you were always looked after and every need fulfilled!

Like I mentioned already, one of the larger water parks could be heated, so bigger kids and adults could enjoy them.

It is the second time we stayed in the Beach Albatros resort in 2023. We liked the vacation in February and came back in November. We thought the hotel cannot become better, since it was close to perfect but actually it can! First of all, WiFi has improved! Of course it is not as fast as it can be in Europe but with some patience I could even watch movies. Food was super good in February and it also improved. Bread became much better and food is not as salty as it used to be. Every day you can try something new. I liked meat dishes very much. The cleanliness is exemplary! The room service is excellent: bed sheets and towels are changed every day, floor is also mopped. There are always fresh flowers in the vases and even in the toilets. I was pleasantly impressed about the new gym! It was a pleasure to exercise there every day. You could also play volleyball, tennis or mini golf. All personnel are friendly, motivated and happy to help. I would specially like to thank Hazim to organize a non-smoking territory around kids pool. Mini-disco at 8 pm is very energetic and entertaining for children!

Egypt is a smoking country and unfortunately many guests are smoking. My wish is to have kids area completely smoke free. And preferably to have some areas in the restaurant outside, where non-smoking people can enjoy their time without breathing any smoke. If the management is willing to invest and have more things for kids, I would recommend to have a few trampolines installed. I noticed one kids room, which is unfortunately closed but has some things for children. It would be cool to have it open from time to time. There is a photo service at the hotel. I would not recommend it, since people there are not very professional.
