The location was perfect for our trip. Hampton Inn is always our preference when traveling out of town, for business or for leisure. Free parking, internet, and breakfast are great perks that we always appreciate. The staff were fantastic and made great restaurant recommendations for dinner.

The breakfast options were just OK. The meats served did not look appetizing (various types of sausages) because they did not appear to be fully cooked. We were appreciative but we have been offered a much better selection at other Hampton Inns.

Clean and neat. Easy access. Most importantly, staff is excellent!!!! Amelia is an amazing caveat to this particular property! She goes above and beyond expectations!!!! She is the best!!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I got there until the second I left. Not just with me but also with there interaction with other guest I observed. Especially the front desk.

Having to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. was odd. Also, in one room, the refrigerator froze everything. It would have been helpful to know that the room charge, which was paid in full before we departed, would be removed in a few days from our card. I was quite shocked to see a pending charge after we got home. I called, was told a general manager would get back with me, none did. The night desk worker was able to figure it out and he was correct that the charge was removed in about a week. Customers should be informed.

the property was clean and comfortable, close to the airport.

upon booking through third party my reservation was messed up, luckily their next Available room was an upgrade. however my trip was targeted for the downtown area. all Ubers that direction were $52+ for a 15min drive.

It was clean, modern, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated being able to have breakfast and the always-available coffee. I will return! (This is like a writing assignment for English class. La la)

All interaction with staff was very pleasant and helpful. I've stayed at Hampton's on many occasions and this is one of my best. It's probably the best actually. It was highlighted by a great continental breakfast.

Only thing I didn't like was that I was only there for 1 day.
