Very clean and well laid out for easy access to buildings, main office, breakfast, and pool. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman who manages the breakfast is AMAZING! She provides a great variety of food and all super fresh. Very responsive to refill items as needed and address guest requests. And all with the best attitude. Would highly recommend this hotel especially for groups. We were in the room with two bedrooms and it was perfect for our four travelers. Very clean and just the right amenities for a brief stay. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job in turning over room last from the night before when they were at 100% capacity. Not easy to do especially since they seemed short staffed. Everything was very clean.

Guests were propping open doors to the outside but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Samantha Stanley should get a bonus or raise. She was beyond phenomenal during my stay. Her customer service was 2nd to none! She treated everyone (at least that I saw) with respect and like family. It's so hard to find people like that. I really hope that The Marriott keeps her!!!

The only issue I had was the water smelled and tasted like a combination of sulfur, bleach, and chlorine. It made it extremely hard to take a shower, brush my teeth, etc. (the smell just wanted to make me vomit)

Good location in regards to shopping and restaurants. Nice room and great beds! The real fireplace was a nice touch too. Pet friendly.

Crowded parking lot due to out-of-town work vehicles. The parking lot lights were out on our side of building A. Breakfast was a bit minimal compared to other properties we've stayed at.

We booked this room because it has a kitchenette, and we were entertaining for Thanksgiving. It worked out VERY well, and we also enjoyed the location, grounds and the breakfast.

The pet fee. I'm sure it's the industry standard, but it's still pretty steep.

The whole set up of the room was nice, and cozy. The environment was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast bar was decent.

Check in time was at 4 but the room wasn't available until after 7:30. We were not compensated for the time lost. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom, I didn't notice until after I dried my face with it. The top cover and pillowcase on the bed were stained. Communication could have been better.

Breakfast was awesome. The desk clerk was very professional. She explained everything in great details. She went beyond by making sure my family was well taken care of without asking by making sure we had everything we need. The hotel is very nice & clean. My family had an awesome time. We will definitely be back !

Amazing service. Great for value. Very spacious and comfortable. We have stayed two years in a row for our son’s sports tournament. We loved staying here last year and will probably continue booking here going forward unless things change.

We didnt like the shower head or the water pressure in the shower. I think these need to be replaced.

The fireplace in the room was a big hit with the grandchildren. The room layout was good. We like the fact that all the rooms were inside a locked door.

Parking!!! When we went to leave in the morning we were blocked in. Someone used the oversized parking area and with 2 cars next to us getting out was HARD. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing in the tub and the shower. Both were not very clean. Also the ice maker did not work.

The front desk representative was super kind and welcoming she made sure that we were informed of all necessary details. The property itself was very nice spacious and cozy we definitely enjoyed the amenities also

The ac in our room was not cooling as it should but the front desk representative quickly assisted us

The Location was great away from too much traffic, the breakfast was such a big help with expenses, The grilling area with pool was perfect.

I don't mind pets but visitors with pets should not be on floors or the same rooms where visitors sleep who have allergies. I suggest a separate floor for families with pets please. My daughter's allergies were flaring up every time we walked in the hallway.
