Hotel was very nice, clean environment, staff very polite, friendly and helpful, hot breakfast included throughout your stay and they have a hot dinner period included in your stay. They gave my wife and I each 3 drink vouchers during the lunch period from the bar. They have a full bar in the hotel that have a kitchen where you can get food and drinks until 12am when the dinner period is over. There is a ATM in the hotel vending service. When you are in this hotel you have very little to go buy other than of you plan to go shopping at the mall or go for activities and site seeing.

I wish they had a fire stick service on the tv or apps on the tv for the guest to log into their tv subscription if they wanted to

Loved the 5:30-7 buffet and free drink offers, the breakfast, clean pool, clean room, that housekeeping cleaned the room even though we were there, hotel appearance and cleanliness, that doors were secure, staff were mostly accommodating

Guy at front desk said he was comping both days of parking for a check in hiccup and only one was comp’d, need more pillows on bed cause they are too squishy, would be better to have k-cup coffee pot in rooms for people to bring their own brews, need plastic bags in garbage cans in rooms, need ventilation fans in bathrooms to allow shower moisture out, have gluten free bread options at breakfast or at least some in the freezer to be able to request so they don’t go to waste for those with allergies, gal at desk was not helpful when we arrived 55 minutes earlier than check-in- said nothing was available, but when someone else looked- he was able to get us checked in.

Drury hotels are amazing for families - the included breakfast and dinnertime are such a great value (and very tasty!). The suite option let us keep our kiddos in a separate dark room for their naps and early bedtimes, while adults could still hang out in the bedroom area.

In our room, the air conditioning makes LOUD clicks every time it cycles on and off. This made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. We also never received housekeeping services - we asked twice to have our room done during the morning hours since we come back to the room for afternoon naps, but it was never done in time, so we just went without.

This is our go to spot! The price if you go on the right day is awesome- not to mention they offer kick back drinks.. and 3 hot meals! That's truly unbeatable! And the food.. SUPER GOOD

Kick back, 3 meals a day, always nice staff, clean rooms, decent pool, price point is good, its location is great, overall we love this hotel- this is our go to hotel if it's not priced to high but even if it is a higher priced weekend/ weekday the included 3 meals makes up for it because you would spend more going out for every meal!

Easy to reach from the highway. Large room, very quiet even with quite a few guests staying there. One of the best free breakfasts offered by a hotel chain. Evening happy hour was nice: great bartender, but food on offer was a bit lackluster. Front staff were able to accommodate me and get me a room even though I arrived earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in.

You literally need a "key" to access the lobby from all doors, so if no one is at the front desk you're stuck waiting around til someone shows up to check you in! I could understand needing key access after 10 pm or midnight, but in the middle of the day is kind of odd as the locale doesn't seem high-crime. Hotel is a good 20-25 minute walk to most touristy areas people may want to visit and also the Xcel Arena for sports/concerts/conventions. $14/day for uncovered parking is a bit steep.

The staff was outstanding! I had a late check in, and there was someone at the front desk right away to assist me and get me checked in. The restaurant and bar are open late (I believe until midnight), which isn't always the case at a lot of hotels. That was good for me considering that I got in close to 10:00 PM. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The free wifi was good, even with a VPN connection. And the breakfast was great. Plenty of options, and staff was always checking to make sure that the chafing dishes remained full. This is right in downtown, so you are minutes away from the Capitol and most downtown offices. It's also less than 10 minutes away from the Xcel Energy Center and the Science Museum, about 15 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes to the Mall of America.

There was nothing that I didn't like, but it is good to note that the lobby is locked (you need to have your room key to get in), and there is a per night charge for parking. I personally like that the hotel is secure, but that might be a surprise for some people.

Staff were friendly and personable. Our stay felt like we were at a resort engaging with the other guests and the staff. They were all so friendly and made our stay that much better. Hotel was always clean. We thought our room would be visited by housekeeping if we requested but upon reviewing the website we became aware of how you prefer guests request those services. We requested towels as needed and they were delivered to our room by Anna promptly. Lala and Tyrone made kickback hour enjoyable. Jackson and Shaneeka were pleasant and guest oriented at the front desk. 10/10 would recommend!

No daily housekeeping or when we left the door marker off we thought it would be done while we were shopping but it wasn't. Not communicated to guests either which is important to people staying more than one night.

We loved that all the staff were so friendly and helpful. My little boy was unwell on our last couple of days and staff helped with getting things for us so he could eat in our room. The bed was so huge it fit all three of us in it comfortably! The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety to choose from. Also the kids loved the free popcorn machine and the pool and spa was awesome.

We don’t eat pork as my youngest sons dad is Muslim, but we found a lot of the dinner was pork like hot dogs and pulled pork so it was hit and miss if there was any food we could eat at dinner times. The cafe also didn’t sell much healthy food. The last couple of evenings however there was baked potatoes and salad and chicken which was super delicious!

Okay- let’s get in depth and picky. Firstly, the location is great! And this place is beautiful! The staff was amazing. What they offer for the price I have to say was awesome! Breakfast and dinner both included and by far the best I’ve ever had at any location. pool and hot tub was awesome aswell. They even offer 3 free drink a night and I think that’s a great accommodation.

I didn’t like they never told me on arrival that there is a 15$ a day fee for parking and it’s not listed on this sight directly. They also didn’t let me know on arrival that it’s a $50 deposit (witch was fine but I wish I would have known when checking in) I did however go down to the desk and ask about the $80 fee I saw and he took off one day of parking because I was not told (and was pretty good about it too).

We loved the spacious room, the view from our room and the privacy. The staff was so friendly and respectful. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks we got after driving so long to arrive on our first day.

Well everything was great but 1 thing, our shower wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in. There was hair in the drains and shavings on the shelf. Grossed out my hubby since he was the first to notice and he cleaned it up for us.
