The location is amazing and the best for vacation and relaxing. A direct access to the beach with a wonderful garden. The location is 20 minutes far from the city center which gives you more quite environment.

Any 5 star hotel should provide you with a free personal care kits like (shaving kit, tooth brush, etc), while in this hotel they charge you for these stuff. Another point, the breakfast wasn’t too rich and when we asked for omelet, they added it as extract charge.

Very good facility and the staff was amazing. Specially Mr Cahid, at the reception is very welcoming and helping in all the matters. He is hardworking and versatile to work. Like he himself welcomes the guests from their car, carrying luggage and personally following up all the requests that guests make. Very modest and smiling personality The hotel location is good with all the facilities and nice restaurant with very good food.

The location is great, near everything. The staff are very friendly, kind,and helpful. I can't express my feelings about my room, It has a stunning view directly to the sea. The restaurant was very clean, moreover the dishes are delicious. I strongly recommend it to everyone. I especially thank Omar.

Great location and facilities. Dont miss out on trying out the breakfast at the cafe outdoors as it was a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent and helpful. We arrived at 1 am and they offered to order us some food. They provided a baby cot. The rooms finishing are on par with 5 star hotels. The ac was cold, water heater worked great and the view is from another world! Im definitely coming back to the otel next time I come to trabzon.

The staff were very good and helpful, receptionists ada and jahed were fantastic, one spoke Arabic and the other English, the restaurant was acceptable and delicious but the cafe is what I liked the most

The rooms were clean enough, but the housekeeping didn't change the sheets, and they come always late, I mean we leave in the morning or afternoon but they usually show up at 5 pm when we return

The hotel is amazing, quite and super clean.. the sea view is amazing.. The food from the hotel’s restaurant is exceptional.. The staff were super welcoming and kind.

The only thing which is not about the hotel but the weather, if the weather is windy and rainy, it might be little bit not comfy, because the sea waves will be super noisy and high.

Well the hotel is brand new even not yet completed thus it is comfy and spotless. Check in was smooth even we had a small struggle to get the room we had reserved on booking however the reception team specially belal also ayesha made sure that we get things right and they were super helpful, friendly and responsive to all requests. It has no balconies yet there are some duplexes and a vilaa those have a ground balcony. A small garden, Cafe, kids area and super close beach shore that makes it complete and hearing the waves sound makes it enjoyable all the times. We had good experience here and this hotel is truly the beast or st least one of the best here in Trabzon.

It's a bit dull, The hotel is still not 100% complete so I think it's gonna be much more fun to stay at once the Cafe open

The food at the restaurant was not that much good according to the place ..it should be much better..

I booked the villa which is the only one they have with 4 bedrooms. It was the best experience I had in turkey and the kids loved it.
