location is a bit far from the city centre(Meydan) as well as the major malls, and taxis rates to there are not cheap. round trip ~$16 dine in options is less and wish they had a room service menu as everything in the area around closes at 9pm. -bellboys need to be more attentive. -air conditioning system will be in heating mode during winter, and the room will get very very warm which is annoying , you have to keep the windows open to get a cool breeze.

The staff are kind and helpfull, the breakfast is good but there is not much variety, the bed and pillows are comfy, the room is big especially the one with the city view is spacious and the reception can arrange for tours. In the hotel there is a small kiosk that sell snacks, drinks, souvenirs and necessities.The otopark for taxi and mini bus is next to the hotel. The hotel is close to Cevahir mall and many shops are surrounded. Overall the hotel is a good value of money and we have enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean but not perfectly clean, there are no facilities except a gym. The location is a little far from down town.

The staff was friendly, the facilities and the property was clean and perfect. i like the view of the city and the green mountain from the balcony. there is a coffee shop down the hole i like it.

The A/C was turning off automatically in the night! i asked the reception to fix it but they were saying it's an automated system to save energy.

Staffs of Park Dedeman were incredibly kind and helpful especially front desk staff Tolga. He speaks English fluently which helped us a lot in terms of communication. I stayed with my family and we all enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They really made it such a wonderful and a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful and clean room, nice breakfast every morning with excellent service. Not to mention the great location and the amazing view . I met many people from my country staying at this property and I'd surprisingly met my professor as well there. I highly recommend this hotel.

- We requested to get help with the luggage when we checked out. However, no one came to help. - One of the two elevators was not working on our first day of stay. Nevertheless, it got fixed the next day. - The room cards didn't work once so we had to go back to the reception to reactivate them. - The room should be described as "partial sea view" not "sea view".

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. I stayed two nights and then extended for another two nights. Special thanks to Tolga from the reception he was a big help for me. Arranging the same room with the best price and arranged a Car rental for a good price. So you can get anything you want they will help you and location is the best in Trabzon. I will definitely come again and stay in the same hotel.
