For my one night stay, the room was a spacious suite and the front desk staff patiently and clearly explained all the complimentary options- quite an array. I had all that I needed and got a great night's sleep. The overhead fan was a cool touch.

I don't normally eat powdered eggs and am willing to pay for the real deal. But that was not a showstopper. I stay away from high fructose corn syrup, such as what was in the syrup for the waffles. But that did not stop me from having waffles. AND you had grits. So...thank you.

Everything about this hotel and its staff was wonderful. We really had a nice stay, comfortable, clean, friendly and relaxing. We have booked in several other fine hotels in Easton, Maryland, and have found this hotel to be the best of all the others we have stayed in. We will book here every time we come down now that we have found it so perfect for our family. What a pleasant surprise for us.

There was nothing that we found exception with. The staff was really nice and helped our family with special needs and that made everything work out for us in a spectacularly successful way during our visit. They were all considerate and warm. We were delighted.

We were in town for a church conference and the location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and nice. We had a refrigerator, microwave, and couch in the room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The older gentleman working the front desk was very pleasant. A hot breakfast was available and it was good.

My only complaint was the covers were thin. The top blank felt like a curtain but I asked for an extra blanket and I was fine.

The property was clean and a good location for our event.

The room was muggy and the air conditioning wasn’t working well. We were also at the end of a hallway that had an exit to a stairway that would slam shut anytime anyone used that door, even overnight. Lastly, the coffee had not been replenished after the last guest had been there, so we had only decaf coffee in our room.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly..the breakfast area was well stocked and clean the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.. Brandon was very friendly and helpful before we arrived I had communication with him and he made sure my room was ready and answered my questions..I would recommend this hotel to everyone.. again thank you Brandon and Brent for your wonderful hospitality..

Overall a very nice hotel, rooms are large and clean.

Housekeeping did not leave enough towels in the room. Also there was on night time person at the front desk a young woman who was very unfriendly. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pillows are way too hard and uncomfortable.

Looked recently renovated. Comfortable beds. Bathroom had an attractive stylish tile design.

Older furniture in the suite. There was a notice in the room addressing it as a work in progress. Room was referred to as a queen- actually two double beds. When leaving found a bug on one of the beds. Place it in a plastic bag and gave it to front desk clerk at checkout. Desk clerk said it looked like a tick (may be too cold for ticks in December). We left it at that. Breakfast was ok. Self-serve food ran out (9am) and staff took their time to replenish. Waited for breakfast potatoes- took 15-20 minutes. Waited with several others for scramble eggs- gave up after 30 minutes. As we were leaving, staff brought a small portion that was taken immediately by one guest who just arrived to eat. It's a comfotable Best Western plus property not a 5-star hotel.

Liked having a suite as a room with separate sitting area, fridge and microwave. Indoor pool and hot tub along with fitness center was great. Both very clean. Good room for a good price. Quiet even with a full hotel. Staff very nice and friendly. Nice to be able to close bedroom off from the rest of the room for those sleeping in. Liked the complementary water bottles.

Breakfast was so so, sheets and pillows very stiff, scratchy, and uncomfortable. Would like a bit more comfort when in bed. Hotel ran low on towels during the stay.

The reception staff was very helpful, courteous, and friendly and breakfast is much nicer than I expected. All in all a top pick worth a 25 mile drive out of my way to get there. The stay convinced me of Best Western as a trustworthy brand for a restful night and repeat stay in the future.

My room happened to be a corner suite, so I could hear the traffic going up Route 50 during the night and early morning hours. Recommend a room further down the hall if you need absolute quiet.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and greeted us promptly and efficiently when we arrived. They recommended local seafood restaurants. Our room was upgraded because they needed a handicapped accessible room for another patron. The suite was huge, clean, quiet and exceeded our original expectations.

The only "knock" on the hotel was a 20 minute late arrival of the breakfast staff on our date of departure. The breakfast area was advertised as opening at 6:00am. The lone staff person showed up 20 minutes late and we were on a tight schedule and couldn't stay while she prepared the breakfast food. It impacted -4- patrons. So we had to stop for breakfast at a different location. Even the coffee was from the previous day. This was the only disappointing feature of the hotel.
