Location: Situated away from the main city, very scenic location, has great valley view and is fantastic. Food was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Indoor activities and Pool - very well maintained. The huge Lawn with soft artificial grass above the deluxe rooms is a fantastic place for the kids to play. They also arranged for the IPL match to be telecasted on a big screen near the pool. So watching the match with high tea was a superb experience. The activity manager conducts karaoke sessions and entertainment games for the guests in the evenings.

Resort's location is absolutely beautiful and it's away from the hustle and bustle of town and market. Its located at a very quiet place amongst the mountains. Food, staff, service, hospitality, room condition everything was nice. WiFi was strong all throughput the property and not just inside the room which is a bonus!

The food served at the buffet could have been little more fresher and warmer. Some food items were not fresh and they had become cold. The AC in the restaurant was also not cold enough and during lunch time we were almost sweating in the restaurant.

Everything was wonderful this is not the first time I have visited this place it is kind of like a home away from home for me 😀 It's one of the best places to live in mahabaleshwar if u want a combo of budget friendly as well as royalty. I have only one complain

The Fan in the room was damaged and had to follow up with the front desk multiple times just to get it working and had to lodge a written complaint on check out just to make sure that they change the fan in the room so that it doesn't cause an accident.

Quite Location, clean rooms, clean bed and linen, food.

The resort didn’t permit us to bring our own drinks to the bonfire (a chargeable service we were fine paying for). While it’s understandable to require guests to purchase alcohol at the restaurant or poolside bar, this was just a bonfire outside our room. It feels unreasonable to stay at a resort that doesn’t allow guests to enjoy their own drinks in a common area on the property.

The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it, I think the staff should have notified us about omelette/ fried eggs at the beginning as we went for breakfast, however when one of the staff asked me at nearly end, I ordered omelette but just managed finish it as I was too full. It’s very ideal for couples to spend time on their honeymoon or relaxing break. Definitely it would suit old and young.

The location was superb with fantastic views of the valley and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Being away from the city food is overpriced when compared with quality. During breakfast the managing team i found to be clueless. The breakfast is low quality, staff not trained, to handle the tables. The manager moves around clueless what's going wrong he is unable to guide the team I think they lack training.

Breakfast was awsome & healthy. taste was excellent. we liked the south indian dishes made to the perfection.

Indoor facilities were limited. we spent most of the time in the room. Table tennis was not available. Other indoor sports activities should be added specially in rainy season.

It's located about 10kms away from the main tourist area and hence is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are all very polite and obliging. Perfect stay for our fur baby, who on request had special meals cooked for her by the hotel kitchen.

The bathrooms all need a deep cleaning as even though they are cleaned daily overtime they've got stains here and there which give you a feeling it's dirty

Location was far from the main city but the only good part was that it was away from the usual Humdrum and cacophony. Quiet and serene location.

Proper markings/Boards with directions to the location as the Maps were not effective. Wasted 2 hrs searching for the place.

Overall facility was too good, room, service, ambiance, was beyond our expectations.Food was average, veg Manchurian including replacement item has not met expectations, it was not completely fried
