The bed was soft and comfy, the room was spacious, and overall it was quiet and private. I really appreciated the cleanliness throughout, on all the floors. I also liked the nice laundry room and working ice machines made for convenience.

The only things that were not super great was the television/guide, and the cost of the laundry. It seemed to glitch regularly, which made it hard to watch anything of substance. Trying to navigate the guide and channels almost seemed like too much trouble than what it was worth at times. The laundry was pretty expensive in my opinion ($4/load each for washer and dryer).

The bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband and I really appreciated how clean our room was. The housekeeping staff was really pleasant.

The water took 3-5 minutes to heat up to a comfortable temperature for showers. The breakfast options were minimal.

The room was a nice size , i like the separation of the bedroom , / living room

Being Handicap walking with a cane, mobility issue, I feel there should be a handle Bar in each tub something to hold onto , when you cannot get a handicap room and you are in a double, I had to purchase a Tub Mat, , when ask for one I was informed by the housekeeping staff that they didn't have one? The tub was a nice size without a mat it made it very scary so you wouldn't fall.

This reservation was a stop over from an international flight from Iceland. We stayed one night and had a flight the next morning. Our suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Nice furnishings. Great shower, water pressure and hot water. Their hot breakfast was delicious, and they even had crispy bacon! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast host was very nice and was working hard. We used their airport shuttle service to and from the airport. Drivers arrived on time and were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The size of the room was great and had all the conveniences one would need. The best part was the staff. We were arriving very late due to an incoming flight, and the woman at the desk was so accommodating and nice. I also thought I would need to cancel the room due to a flight cancelation, but was able to call and retain the room once my travel plans were updated.

The refrigerator and the air conditoner/heater unit were loud, which could keep some awake if they were not as tired and sleep deprived as we were!

I was misinformed on what a deep top was I thought I was going to be able to get a deep tub instead of just got a small tub with the shower they asked me how my trip was in the in the room that they had me in did the property meet your expectations yes it did what the close enough to the airport yes it was

Shuttle service very helpful. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Good value for money.

Bathroom and carpet a bit tired. couple minor repair jobs needed - light bulb in one bedside not functioning; other bedside lamp shade at a jaunty angle; ironing board cover with a big hole/rip; fan in bathroom very noisy. Only stayed one night and arrived at midnight - didn’t mention as not big enough to worry me for a single night.

The room sizes are great. I reserved 2 queen beds and was shocked with the size of the room. Free breakfast included was a plus.

I didn’t really care for the location. It was right near the airport and there’s not a lot of things around the corner or near. You will have to hop on the highway or go down long roads to get to restaurants or stores.

The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We especially loved Shen/Shein/Shin not sure of spelling. She was so sweet and helpful to us. It was such a comfort after traveling all day. We will stay again just because of her.

Everything was extremely clean and the hotel smelled great. The plug ins in the hallways were so nice. The only thing we found that was not clean and had obviously not been cleaned in a LONG time was the remote for our TV. It had grime built up around the main buttons. I made sure to wash it myself and sanitize afterwards. That was surprising since everything else was so clean.

I loved the staff, the breakfast, how close to the airport and to downtown it was, and I absolutely loved the room! It was big enough for the three of us (one being a baby!).

The pool was closed (i think it’s under construction) and I packed mine and my son’s swimsuit in anticipation of it. Definitely not a deal breaker though!
