Facility was fairly easy to find for an out-of-towner. The front desk area was very nice and was fairly up-to-date. My room was on the third floor - the elevator was okay. My room was better than expected. The carpet looked new, the furniture was good. The bathroom was looking a bit old, but it was clean and everything worked okay. Overall, it met my needs and I was comfortable.

It didn't matter what day of the week - the breakfast was meager. They offered 2 cold cereals, packages of instant oatmeal, waffles, very small containers of yogurt and a few prepackaged pastries. That was it! There was no bread to toast, no bagels, no peanut butter and jelly. No fresh fruit. I ate breakfast there once, and the rest of the days I didn't bother. Coffee was better than what you can make in your room, but it wasn't very good. There's a Starbucks right down the street.

Front Desk person was efficient , friendly and helpful. The hotel was set up well where we could use stairs easily . Parking was easy and plentiful. The pool and hot tub were bonuses we did not get to enjoy ! Clean everywhere!

Just older , a little outdated decor .

There could be eggs, meat for breakfast. Even hard boiled is better than the all gluten breakfast offered. Housekeeping sprayed the room with something. As I have fragrance allergies it wasn’t appreciated. However we were able to open the window and it dissipated quickly.

There was a mix up in my room preferences. The front desk lady worked very hard to accommodate me and it worked out great . The motel exceeded my expectation in service , staff , comfort and cleanliness.

More handicap parking ?

The staff was very welcoming , helpful, and available at all times. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had all the basics like muffins, yogurt and cereals, etc. But also hot waffles.

Location awesome, breakfast could be better but specially could start little earlier for the people that get out for work at 5:00am

Cleaning could be better , noticed some hair in the bathroom of previous guests

I love staying at this Quality Inn. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are always so pleasant and comfortable to stay in. The price is always so reasonable.

Nothing I didn’t like!

It was clean and rooms are comfy.

We didn't like breakfast. Everything was sweet and salty to eat. Only think you can make by yourself to be fresh are waffles.

The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The bed was excellent. I didn’t experience any back pain! (I have lower back issues)

Was disappointed they didn’t have hot breakfast at this time.

The front desk staff was excellent & very accommodating. The original room we received had an unpleasant odor. The front desk lady immediately changed our room only s few doors down. Although we went from a King Bed to two Queens it was not a problem & I appreciated the concern for our comfort.

We had looked forward to using the Jacuzzi but it was shut down due to restrictions still imposed. We were told the normal breakfast was changed to a pickup & go with limited items but when going to pick up in the morning the ladies working in the area said there was no pick up and go (I suspect they may not have understood the question as it appeared their English was limited).
