From check-in to check-out everything was fabulous. This boutique style hotel decor, service and property were top-notch in every way. The butler coffee service area on every floor is brilliant. Great morning coffee outside our door is a convenient touch. Refreshments in the lobby daily also a nice feature.

A small casual cafe in the hotel property to grab a pastry or extra coffee or a smoothie without going to the pool cabana would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I also didn't appreciate the cost of a diet coke and a cup of ice water $7.00 !

The location was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and other entities in downtown Austin. The hotel was VERY clean and my room (1101) was very quiet and comfortable. Room service did a good job of refreshing the room each day. Breakfast was average. Slightly on the high end, $7 for cup of coffee (free refills and cup to go if wanted). Overall very nice and staff was very friendly and respectful.

Only disappointment was each day I ordered a side order of toast and each day got one slice for $3 and if order came with toast it was one slice cut in half.

Location was nice and they had a happy hour with snacks and drinks. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful.

There was a green light off the thermostat that shined so brightly in the room that it was hard to sleep and you couldn't hang anything on it, so we had to turn it off and then it was hot. The bed and pillow were not the best, super soft bed and flat pillows. Also the window was only 1/2 the wall, so very dark and the neighboring building looked right into our room. Also the valet was expensive.

It was a very exceptional property. Gym was great, restaurant on site had great drinks but the food was so-so. Good communication happened with the housekeeping team texting me about when to refresh the room. Location is close to many great restaurants. The sound proofing of the room is great, no outside noise. Cookies available in the afternoon. Bellman asked us if we needed a ride somewhere. Excellent turn down service.

The food at the on site restaurant was mediocre. Cheap bread used on the sandwiches. One of the stalls in the lobby bathroom was left disgusting but I understand you can't help that kind of thing sometimes.

Everything was so incredible, the staff went out of their way and were so helpful and friendly. I would stay here a million times over if I could. Literally the best location and we easily walked and navigated the area. The spa was fantastic and relaxing, the pool was fun I enjoyed the restaurant during the afternoon.

The restaurant in the evening for our Friday night reservation was sorta a bust. But luckily we went back Sunday afternoon for lunch and sat outside and it was lovely.

pool area and bars and restaurants were all fantastic. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. Lots of great restaurants and bars to visit near the location. Rooms were very well designed with beautiful artwork all throughout. Prices for the most part were very reasonable based on the quality of the property and the product. 7th floor bar/restaurant area seemed to be a fairly happening location for locals as well as for visitors.

Not many food options on the property itself, room service closes overnight and for the price of hotel would kind of expect to have more late night food options for hungry travelers.

loved the whole ambience of the place. pool was small but really well done. it was different, classy, chic, high quality. little things - coffee in the hallway - amazing fruit selection at the pool - joggers water in the morning. everyone - reception - bell boys - valet team - pool team - all amazingly helpful. its expensive - but you get what you pay for - really really great hotel.

This property is legit. I stay in 5 star hotels around the world. Zaza competes with just about any of them. The staff is wonderful and pay attention to detail. (Front desk staff heard my wife and talking about her 50th bday and about an hour later we had a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room.) The spa was amazing (facials and massages), the rooms are clean and large, the pool area was very nice and food on the 7th flr was delightful.

Bathroom in room was smallish and ackwardly appointed. Extra charge for early check in? Service was slow at times at the pool. Front desk staff were a little cool at times. Overall felt it was a little pricey for what it was. I had just spent 4 nights at the Ritz-Carlton in Las Colinas (Dallas), and I used my stay there as a comparison.

Such a unique, artfully, uniquely Texas decorated hotel. Absolutely loved the vibe, location, snacks/drinks offered AND the free transportation offered around town (especially to and from our concert venue)… made the night so much more enjoyable and safe not having to worry about getting a Lyft or Uber! Beds were so comfy and the best pizza in town is right across the street (DeSano) for a late night snack!

Nothing really! Wish they had a hot tub as it was too cold to enjoy the pool.
