Hotel very nice as well as the room unless.....see next comment

The room in the street side is terrible for noise management. You can't sleep because the sound of the cars from the street ar night. Windows are not selling the noises ...very bad Do not recommend do get this side of the rooms ... We only were able to know too late at the no night . Unfortunately because they should have abetter windows with noise reduction

The location was perfect for the business I had to take care of. It was centrally located and because it was off of the main street there was no searching for the hotel among hidden streets.

The only issue I had was the air conditioning. For some reason, it continuously stopped and started all night, making it a little difficult to sleep. The temperature was comfortable, but it was just the noisy unit.

Such a great pet friendly hotel. The rooms are big and the restaurant/bar is very good also. Staff is always pleasant.

The a/c in our room was interesting. Set at 69 and if you put on 70 the heat came on. I slept in a sweater lol. Also I don’t like that the lights from the bathroom make the rest of the room bright. Tough if someone is a later sleeper.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Good location (we were coming off the interstate but traveled downtown to this property because it was pet friendly with no fees and had great reviews). Design of the hotel is modern and "industrial" but suited us perfectly. Hotel is truly pet friendly--our pup (an 85-lb boxer) was welcomed in all areas of the hotel, including the lobby and the bar. We were delighted to find the bar and food options available until midnight, and the voucher for breakfast had some good options (though a little more variety would be great). Overall we were delighted by the facility and the staff, and if we need a spot to stay in Tallahassee again, this will be our hands-down choice.

Mattress was a little springy, but that's personal choice. Light switching in the rooms is confusing--would be nice to have a nightlight option in the bath area to turn on without waking up your spouse/roommate. Bedside tables are great to have both USB and power on both sides, but the connections should be on top of the table, not below--getting on the floor to plug stuff in to charge seemed a bit silly. Overall incredibly minor things--hotel is highly recommended.

Pleasant stay with dog friendly being one of the most important part with no additional charges. Breakfast was quite good and staff friendly and helpful. Small fenced area for dogs would be nice.

Parking should be included in rate as an option with a discount

Location was great. Right in downtown. Easy to get in and out and the staff was super friendly. I'll definitely stay here again when traveling to Tallahassee.

Menu for the food on property could benefit from some healthier options.

The renovations were very nice.

The bartender used her bare fingers to grab fruit garnishes for cocktails and used the same hand to scratch her head, nose, and handle money. It was disgusting. Wear a glove or use a tooth pick to pick up fruit that will be in someone’s drink, please!

It was clean and comfortable. They had a cafe and bar in the lobby. Very friendly staff.

A very brief time where there was no hot water. When I called the front desk they apologized for the inconvenience and explained the situation. The woman said she’d check to see how much longer it would be and call me back. When she called me back she said it should be working now and it was.

A great location. Downtown walking distance to so much. Cool design of a hotel with a pool and parking. A full bar and casual coffee bar with light food make this a good spot to hang out . Rooms were nice design with comfortable beds...

Only and minor trouble was the housekeeping did not check the refrigerator and there was a bunch of food left behind by the last person and the shampoo bottle was empty ... All else was pretty good

The hotel has been refreshed and feels brand new.

Would love to see them reopen the “Aloft Dog House” in the lobby, where they had a the dog adoption option for the dog that was the resident at the time.
