Breakfast. We stayed 5 nights, so the rota got a bit boring. The yogurt offering is excellent. Sliced bread rather than always bagels would be an improvement.

Only one elevator which stopped at every floor as people got on, even though we were on first and expected to go to our floor immediately. It's the programming issue. We should have asked for a room closer to the elevator. One of us is quite elderly, and the long walk down a darkish hall was difficult.

The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The bed was especially comfy. The location was great for our purposes , too, and easy to get in and out of the area. The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth and hassle-free.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast selection - it seemed lackluster but adequate. It was also frustrating that outside doors with key swipes did not work and so you had to enter only through the lobby, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's 24-hour front desk and shuttle service were invaluable, especially given our late-night arrival and early morning departure. The staff, particularly Victor, Rafael, and Fey, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay truly enjoyable. We were impressed by Fey's attentiveness in providing a wake-up call, scheduling our shuttle, and even packing a breakfast for us. The hotel's location near the airport and the availability of shuttle service to the rental car facility were major plus points. Additionally, Fey's restaurant recommendations were spot on. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the Providence airport.

I wish it had a handheld showerhead

I really cannot think of anything bad

This hotel is very convenient for airport travelers. They have very early morning shuttles that operate on demand and instantly wisk you to the airport (about a 4-minute drive)—no need to wait for half-hour departures. The staff is friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the pricing very reasonable. For guests who leave before the breakfast buffet is available, they have "grab-n-go" bags with something to take the edge off one's hunger before boarding the plane. A very nice feature!

The hotel was very clean. I saw the breakfast area being cleaned and they moved every table to wash the floor. The breakfast was awesome with the pancake maker and the fresh yogurt maker plus toppings! Eggs, hard boiled, over hard or scrambled. It just depends on tbe day on which eggs tbey serve. Coffee, Tea & hot chocolate 24/7. Muffins, bagels, toast, english muffins. Housekeepers were nice.

Didn't have any cons. The people giving reviews on noise issues..First off you ARE at the airport and the hotel is on a main road. You should already know that when booking. No noise complaints here. I have lived in the city most of my life so I am used to it.

We enjoyed a wonderful selection of breakfast items in the clean dining room. Additionally, our room was comfortably clean and large. The staff was very accommodating to our requests and we appreciated the shuttle to/from the airport...especially for our 5 AM flight!

We had one issue which was corrected immediately. The heat in our room was not working properly and we were switched to a different room within minutes!

Our family of 4 stayed in a double queen room for 5 nights. The stay went really well. First, the location. It's very near the airport, you could realistically walk it in about 10-15 minutes, but they also have an on-demand complimentary airport shuttle. We called it once we collected our bags and it was arrived within a few minutes. We had a rental car and the on-site parking was free and convenient and the hotel is right next to the freeway on and off-ramps for getting to Providence and beyond. The room we got was large. A bedroom with the 2 queen beds, and then a separate living room with couch and TV. Even though the hotel is next to a busy street and the freeway, we had no issues with noise. The free breakfast each day was more than adequate. Standard selection, standard hours. We had a great stay and would be happy to return.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The gym was good, foam roller,yoga mat, weights, treadmill..everything you need. If you need to go for a run it is safe to do so.The breakfast was normal for any budget hotel. Easy shuttle transfer service. Bathtub,microwave, small fridge and coffee machine in the room.

The hotel itself was very loud. I could even hear a phone ringing on vibrate next door so bring your ear plugs but at my rate and for 1 night, it was fine.

The staff (all shifts) were professional & very accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay relaxing and provided info as needed. The housekeeping staff made our room a welcomed respite after a long day away.

The view room our room (336) and because of the hotel proximity, vehicle traffic was loud until late in the evening.
