Top Tier Customer Service! I traveled from nyc for my daughter's 14th birthday. She moved to Durham for high school and basketball. We stayed 4 days. I arrived late for my check-in and did not receive the room I prepaid for. The next morning I explained to the front desk that I prepaid for a room with a balcony but did not receive upon arrival. Without question I was moved into a room with a balcony/patio right across to hall from me. The service and easy transition is very appreciated because my daughter suffers from allergies and fresh air is a must. Thank you Sonesta!

The bathtubs can use some updating other than that, I'll be back for a stay.

I had planned to leave at 4 am to catch an early flight. The staff volunteered information about parking at the hotel and using the shuttle (yes even at 4 am). They were there on time with a smile and it saved me more than enough to pay for my preflight night stay. The staff was so friendly. Super comfortable bed/room. Very clean. I had used another area hotel in past for a similar service but found them unreliable and not available this early. I will be a repeat customer

This hotel was a good price and location to the airport, providing a free shuttle to/from. We were able to leave our vehicle parked for excellent price ($5 a day) while we traveled. The interactions we had with the front desk and shuttle driver were pleasant. I absolutely LOVED the bed and pillows. Soooo comfy, wish we had time to stay longer just for that lol will definitely be using them in the future again

Only hotel in area that the shuttle runs at 4am. Water, wifi, comfy bed. A/C worked great, I actually turned it down and that does not happen. Walking distance to Wendy's.

Second stay and this one was "off". Still a good property. But something felt as if impending trouble was coming. Nothing happened but felt weird. More on me I am sure. I would stay again, especially if you need an extra early shuttle. I should not have let my personal "feelings" get in the way of the review. Sure the difference in the stay was all on me. Give this hotel a chance.

Didn’t eat breakfast but the morning gentleman was exceptionally gracious and made me a gingerbread latte that was better than any one I’ve ever had at Starbucks proper! The evening before we had dinner and the young lady serving made me an exceptional gingerbread latte. The cheeseburgers were good and a great value for the price. The young lady brought our food to the table and was extremely pleasant.

Staff helpful and sympathetic to my plight (missed flight, very late night arrival, etc). Free shuttle to and from airport even though I was the only passenger. The free WiFi is actually free - no password, no obligatory consent to receive promotions. Breakfast = amazing sausage and egg sandwich on a croissant.

There's nothing to dislike - it more than meets the standards you would expect at this price point.

The staff is super helpful and friendly specially Crystal,it was very close to the airport we stayed there 2 nights also we leave our car parked there for 10 nights while we traveled it was very convenient and much cheaper that the airport parking lot. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super big (queen suite) we were very pleased.

This hotel served the purpose of us being near the airport and not having to rush the morning of our trip. Greatly appreciated the airport shuttle taking us. The room was very clean and spacious. All of our needs were met for this short stay

The hallways were pretty hot and seemed a bit dark. I also had to drive around the parking lot about 5 times before deciding to park off to the side upon arriving to the hotel.

The assistant manager Deidra was an absolute gem! She truly made our stay one of the best I’ve had in all I’ve traveled. The lobby was so inviting and gave a home like feel! Our family spent each night in the lobby relaxed playing games while grabbing supper from the Commons. Our room was pleasant and all the staff was amazing!

Very nice and comfortable room. I loved the sitting area. The staff were professional, efficient, and very warm and engaging. I especially want to commend Mindy. She was my shuttle driver on arrival. I learned from another staff member that her shift was ending, but she volunteered to pick me up so I didn't have to wait an extended time. She treats you like family.

I wish there was a little more variety in the snack market.
