The hotel was clean and located in a good area 2 Blocks from St. Elizabeth's Hospital. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I don't know what Entitled people have written the other bad reviews but I didn't find any of them here. There were no smells (smoking or otherwise), no dirt anywhere and my mattress was comfortable and firm. Also my bed linens, comforter and towels were clean, new and not stained or burned in any way. I stayed here over Derby Weekend for two nights and both nights together cost less than one night in the competitor's hotels in the same area. I stayed on the 3rd floor and my heat and A/C worked perfectly as it was hot the first night and cold with rain the second night. I would definitely stay here again.

That it was too early to make use of the pool.

We love this place. We travel to Kentucky three or four times a year and we always stay here.

We got in Wednesday night. So there was no need for housekeeping on Thursday or Friday. We had plenty of clean towels, tissues and toilet paper so Saturday would have been the appropriate day to come in. Saturday comes around and they call and tell us they haven't been able to get in our room in 3 days (technically it only been 2 days) and that we need to let them in. Which is not a problem but again we did not get there till Wednesday night so there was no need for housekeeping till Saturday. I'm sure that they made sure the room was clean Wednesday before we checked in. But it had not been 3 days like they told us.

Was apprehensive to stay here but decided to give it a chance. I was surprised coz it’s not bad for a night stay before my super early flight. -free parking - lots of space for your things. - small but functional shower room. - well lit and AC working well - comfy bed and pillows - so glad I don’t have to constantly press the hairdryer button (like what is usually provided in most hotels).

- one of the hallway doors have bullet holes. That made me a little scared.

I was informed that washing machine work but not the dryer where do I supposed to dry my clothes and I think the breakers could have been a little better I was told that the days in franchise don't have breakfast but that's not true because I was in Florida and they also have bacon it had tacos and this was all breakfast it had a wonderful breakfast it's not up to the franchises up to the individual corporation and you don't want to do any better than waffles and bananas that's not breakfast not even bagels

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't served after 9:00 a.m., most facilities offer breakfast at a later time or at least still open to almost check out time! That was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel was to be able to have breakfast before I ventured out for the rest of my day!

I like that they are updating the rooms. I wish they were bars in the tub for easier access

I don't like the platform beds. I am short and have arthritis and it's hard to get in and out of the bed.

Every time we go to Kentucky we stay at this Days inn. They have made quite a few updates, however I'm not one for hardwood floors but it is pretty.

The bed seemed very uncomfortable. I don't know if it's just me or if they've changed the mattresses.

Adjacent guests were loud outside and smoking mariguana which got sucked in through our air conditioner .

easy access. clean. heater was keeping us warm. Lots of shower grab handles for handicapped!!!! Coffee in room packets were tasty. Plugs for tech devices.

Bathroom needed tub repairs. could have used stool to step onto bed. I am in wheelchair and am short. High bed. Breakfast could use daily change up since it was bagged every morning. (each day-choc chip muffins, banana, and hard granola bar). Wanted breakfast bar!!
