I had a great stay at Azuu hotel. Everything is accessible here. So clean and my room was much larger than the normal hotel rooms. Nice vibes all day long. Plus there’s an amazing spa in the basement. I have been to many spas all over the world however the massage and facial treatments here are exceptional. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place

The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel owner is providing some hair conditioner.

I would like to thank the reception staff for making our stay very comfortable. When we arrived, we had a standard room booked. The man at reception automatically upgraded us to a large deluxe room for free. He did everything he could to help us. We were so happy about this as the standard room was quite small for 2 of us. They will help you as much as they can. We had a fantastic stay, the breakfast was nice, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I couldn't fault the hotel. We met so many amazing people . We also got a free wash and blow dry at the hotel. Overall we are so happy with our stay and will definitely book Azuu again.

The only thing I could say is that they need more storage for your clothes etc.

The staff were friendly, one of the waiters in the restaurant was excellent for our entire stay.

Some parts of the hotel are in disrepair and need to be fixed. The king suit does not have elevator access and their are not handrails on the stairs.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent design of hotel, rooms, pool area. Very nice colors, very clean, very good location. Azuu is an excellent hotel. Excellent value for money. Overall, it is a great hotel despite some minor flaws.

No black-out curtains! The morning sun wakes you up every day. Other, smaller minus is no segmented lights (1 light for bathroom, one for the room), and no light switch next to the bed At breakfast I missed having stuff like an omelette on demand. Pool is closed at 8 PM every night. It should be available until 10 PM at minimum!

The breakfast was really good. Also there's a swimming pool next to the main building, there are two or three of them, it was really quiet so we could take a good rest. The bed is REALLY comfy and they provide you enough towels and shower gel. The staff was very welcoming and the cleaning was at a great level. The hotel is close to the sea but to get to the place to swim, you better take a bus or walk for 20 minutes or so.

Unfortunately, there's no closet in the room, only quite a small rail and a couple of hangers. Also we couldn't arrange a visit to the Spa centre because of the poor administration of the process.

Everything was really good!!! Our flight landed very early, but we were allowed to wait in the reception till our check in time. The room was fantastic and spacious, with all amenities provided. The breakfast option are good and quickly restocked. The food from the restaurant was very good and well priced. The hamam and spa was absolutely amazing! The staff really know what they are doing and it was truly a magical experience. The Sauna is free for those staying in the hotel. The location is also great, near by quiet a few major attractions. A special shout out to Chathai, Gokhan & Nana for making this stay incredible!

Our Jacuzzi sprouted a leak during our stay, but it was quickly fixed after it was reported.

This place is great. Here is a wonderful environment and staff, they are ready 24/7 to help you and solve any problem. Cleanliness, delicious food, peace, good pool, good people, this is all that will make you have a good rest. We will definitely visit you in the future.

I have stayed at the Azuu before. the staff are extremely friendly and knowlegable. the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. My only gripe is the constant nuisance of hundreds of flies that land on guests all day long in the common area around the pool and seating area. Apart from being very annoying they are also a health hazard. I reported this on my last stay in the hope that a couple of insectocutors be installed. but sadly nothing has been done. So, enjoying a chat or reading a book is almost impossible.

I had an amazing experience at Azuu Boutique Hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in seamless. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for maximum comfort. ,. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious food and excellent service. What stood out most was the staff’s dedication to ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning.
