The staff was so nice. The pool was beautiful and so was our balcony facing the pool. The beds and pilllows were super comfortable and everything was clean and new.

We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, even with help from the staff. It didn’t really matter in April, except we had to keep our door open for fresh air and the pool music is playing so loud all night that it kept us awake. It finally turns off at 11pm. It also plays loudly all day long at the pool. It would be much more peaceful without the music in the lobby and pool, because the facility is beautiful. They had super nice beach towels to rent.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable room. Lovely to have a fridge and kettle in the room. Fabulous shower and great products in the bathroom. The breakfast was superb and staff all exceptionally nice.

Very noisy room overlooking an abandoned old hotel which was inhabited by nesting seagulls. Unfortunately they screamed all night making a terrible noise. Also there is a lot of noise from the street with shouting late at night. We would definitely request a room on the pool side next time.

Very modern, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic (lots of choices and all in good quality). Location of the hotel good to have dinner outside in the evening, go shopping or walking quickly to the beach. Free parking sometimes difficult.

Total surprise. This is a new hotel with beautiful decor. The staff was very helpful and made suggestions for dinner that was fabulous. The room was large and bathroom was stunning. The bed was heavenly and the decor throughout was well thought out. The hotel was in a downtown a few blocks from the beach. There were great shops as well as places to eat and drink.

Nothing to add. Loved everything.

The hotel is very new and well decorated. The terrace and pool are great, like an oasis. They’re surrounded by slightly fragrant greenery, which was very relaxing. Our room (Standard) was a little small and with no views, but we had absolutely no noise and the AC worked perfectly.

If you’re not a smoker, you’ll struggle to enjoy the outdoor space. Guest smoked freely from the balconies and in the pool area, even in the bar/restaurant, which soured our time there. There should be a very strict non-smoking policy. Also, the service at the pool bar was messy, we had to wait an hour for the food. No problem with the coffees though.

I loved the pool area, the location, and the compact but well-planned modern rooms. Xavi in the reception was efficient, friendly and caring.

We disliked the lack of a strict non-smoking policy in the hotel, pool area, and particularly room balconies. As such, if you are a non-smoker but the room next door has a smoker on the balcony you get all the negatives, smoke, pollution, and health hazards. I think the hotel could create non-smoking areas or floors and that would elevate the quality of accommodation a lot.

Above all, I like the location of this property. It’s very close to the bus station, close to the main shopping street, there are restaurants everywhere and it is only 5-10 mins away from the beach. The hotel itself is also beautiful. It’s new and modern and both me and my partner loved the vibe.

We stayed for nights. They gave us a double room on our first night because the single ones are booked even though thats what we booked. They gave us another room the day after but the electricity kept going off. Out of all the plugs, only one worked and the aircon needed to be kept restarted from their main plug as it consistently turns off and it gets very warm in the room.

Everything! We would like to thank everyone for making our stay at the hotel really enjoyable., especially to the staff in the restaurant Mariano, Pilar and Sandra.. Superb! The food was lovely. Breakfast...a great start to the day. A great range of options. Dinner... fantastic too. Our room was very comfortable, spotless. The swimming pool area is beautiful. The Hotel's location is perfect..

the rooms and the hotel in general are newly refurbished, stylish and contemporary. we had a bigger room wtíthout a balcony and it was spacious. the room, the bathroom had everuthing and was really nice to use. The facilities are good, we did not use the pool since it was still cold outside but restaurant for breakfast and bar were ok.

The location is not next to the beach, just off main road. though it makes it quiet. and the view from the rooms is to the parking mainly. but we expected that and it did not bother us at all.

The air conditioning! We had read a few reviews and the first 2 nights were fine but the last night was 26 degrees….the whole floor (33 outside). It was awful. I had asked the reception when I checked in who said in a bit of a tone - “of course we have air conditioning, it’s a 4 star hotel”. For the price, you should be able to control your own temperature.
