The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The bed and all the linens, including the pillows, were spotless. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with fresh towels and thoughtful extras like shower caps and a non-slip bath mat. The shower was absolutely amazing. I genuinely enjoyed using it. I also appreciated that they provided natural shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was a big plus for me. The room was quiet too, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

There was one day when I was informed before 10 AM that the water supply would be unavailable until around 2 PM. Fortunately, I wasn’t planning to go out that day, but if I had been, it would have been quite inconvenient especially when it comes to showering and getting ready. I understand that unexpected issues like this can occur, but it would be helpful to have alternative in future incase this happens.

We had a wonderful stay at Aberystwyth Park Lodge. The location was perfect, especially if you have a car. It was so nice to have free parking right by the hotel. Our room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. We were really impressed with the value for money here – it's such a nice place to stay. I'd definitely recommend Aberystwyth Park Lodge

Not sure there was anything we disliked! At a push, it was on one evening the restaurant ran out of gammon steak which I was craving, but there were other things on the menu and we enjoyed that food too!

How accomodating the staff were, including sorting out the room service option, it wasn't active on QR code but as I was having to work late and wasn't exactly dressed for sitting in the restaurant I really appreciated them sorting it for me, delicious veggie lasagna see photos. Comfy, spacious rooms and quiet hotel Parking on site and great facilities including good access to WiFi

I would definitely stay again. Didn't notice that there was control of the heat in the room I was colder than I like so was in layers. The desk was a little shallow but I made it work as my desk away from home.The lighting wasn't the brightest to work by, more mood lighting bit again made do. There was only one of me staying but noticed the room was made up for 3 , 3 cups, 3 towels but only 2 water, 2 glasses etc

The room was not a twin bedded as I had requested but the bed was 6ft wide so acceptable and very comfortable. The room was a good size and very clean, as was the en suite. We had two evening meals at the hotel which were of a good standard.

The fact that we had to pay for breakfast when I believed I had booked a "with breakfast" option from the Booking.com website, where some rooms had a "with breakfast" option and others did not. The full breakfast was expensive. The quality of the breakfast was very good, individually cooked and served, with plenty of choice but would have been included had I booked direct with the hotel which I will bear in mind for the future.

Good location with ample parking which you don’t get with many hotels in Aberystwyth. Room was modern, bright and very clean with all the facilities needed. Staff were friendly. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast bright with a welcoming feel to it.

Breakfast options were very good but single price for all options made it expensive if only taking continental breakfast. When providing feedback a reduction on the charge was provided and staff genuinely took the feedback. One of the 3 evening meals didn’t come up to the good quality of the others.

The room was spacious and clean with good coffee making facilities. An issue occurred as I have a medical condition and there are no plug sockets on the bed side of the room for the device. I was able to get an extension lead from reception but this did mean trailing a cable across a room all night long. The restaurant was of good quality but maybe slightly on the pricey side for the drinks. One of the party has a gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate this and verified in advance.

The property is recently refurbished and it is a shame that the modern expectations such as available plug sockets near each side of the bed are not available.

The standard of the decoration, amenities in room, cleanliness, spaciousness of rooms, excellent toilet / shower facilities. Rooms cleaned daily. Very friendly and knowledgeable reception and catering staff. On the whole far better value for money compared with comparible hotel chains e.g. Premier Inn

My wife and I only eat a continential breakfast and at £16 each was quite expensive compared with Premier Inn. The variety of food available was also very limited for continential breakfasts and not as good as Premier inn or other hotels we have stayed at. If there had been a closer Premier Inn we would have eaten there for breakfast.

Super efficient check in, friendly receptionist always nice to see after a long journey! Staff throughout were well-trained and attentive. Dinner good - better than one might expect from what is basically a businessman's hotel. Breakfast average. We use this place because the Tesla superchargers here will charge any car (we have a Kia), we can make it from Lincoln to Aberystwyth without a charge on the way, knowing we can recharge in under an hour while we have dinner.

Breakfast was ok, if not quite up to the standards of the dinner the night before.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff plenty of parking spaces. Food and drinks reasonable prices.

Bar area next to restaurant I would say that although quite comfortable seating not much atmosphere. A bit clinical I think maybe a bit of background music would help. I think room was a bit overpriced at £150 per night for room only, breakfast would have been an additional £10 per person not including tea coffee or juice. So would have been even more expensive. We actually chose to have breakfast at the nearby Morrisons . I think breakfast should be included at the price we were charged for the room.

Room was spacious and well appointed with a very roomy bathroom en-suite. Location is easy to get to but not in the most attractive part of town, on the edge of a retail park

With such a roomy bathroom, the righthand side of the toilet was right up against the wall, the was no room to sit on it straight, which doesnt make sense because there is a huge wash basin unit and huge shower in there so there was no need to place the toilet in such a cramped location. Also was going to have room service in the evening as I didn't feel like facing people in the restaurant, but the app for ordering was down, so didn't bother with this in the end.
