We had the ground floor apartment. There were two chairs in front of the window and it was lovely to sit there and enjoy the view. Apartment was clean and welcoming.

There was just one small shower room with toilet. It was fine, as there were just the two of us, but I do think it wouldn’t have been enough if the apartment was fully occupied by 6 people. Also it was en suite in one of the bedrooms so not ideal. The kitchenette is really only suitable for making drinks and small snacks, and has a tiny basin. The freezer compartment door was missing in the fridge… our ice cream melted!

So nice to have the spa open again which was lovely to relax in after walking Devils Bridge. They also have additional parking now which is a short walk from the entrance.

The hotel promotes spa treatments which is outsourced. Really wanted to book in treatments, however the number given is for the reception at the hotel, plus another mobile number does not work so your left with sending a message via messenger, however, when you send a message, you only hear back when you have left the property, if you are offering these additions and services - have all the correct information - maybe the hotel needs to address this if they are promoting it as this is my only gripe about the hotel.....

Breakfast was excellent. Attentive staff in restaurant. Location and parking was great. Accommodation exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Location and the flat itself where top class

Lack of hot water on the day we left, we're told that many guests leaving early had drained the tank, cold showers weren't a good goodbye to the accommodation.

lack of hob cooker and very open plan . bathroom situated in one bedroom so other guests must enter this bedroom to use the bathroom. carpets were not so clean .

not enough toilet roll. Husband noticed a very dirty sink, however, this was attended to straight away. No tea towels or kitchen roll.

Loved the location, great property, amazing views, nice staff.

The only thing i would mention is that its not very clean. There was a lot of dust and you could just tell it wasn’t very clean

Close to all amenities. Clean, basic but had everything we needed. When we needed fresh towels we asked at reception and they replaced them.

Wouldn't recommend if you have difficulties with stairs as no lift as its on the 3rd floor. We have 2 dogs and the oldest dog we had to carry up and down. Also the write up advised access to the hot tub and spa was included but was told at reception only the gym was free due to the fact we had booked through booking.com.

Excellent location and very close to town and the beach..the Room was very spacious and well worth the money..It was a little trek up the stairs but the view made up for it..had all the things you need and very comfortable beds.

apart from all the stairs and the toilet seat needing a repair everything was exceptional.

Excellent location and fantastic views of the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and everything was new. Overall excellent- we will definitely come back.
