It was clean and staff was friendly.

The dark road to get there from Hershey park. Also pool closing at 10 is early when the park closes at 9 or 10 on weekends.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hampton Inn! Everything, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. The staff there are incredible! Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was clean, and the common areas were always well-maintained." I really enjoyed the pool, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. The location of Hampton Inn is convenient for visiting Hershey Park. Excellent value for the price.

Savannah was working the desk when we checked in, she was so friendly and welcoming. Room was very nice and clean. Spent some time in the pool and hot tub, it was very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and the area was nice and spacious.

As much as I liked the room, the bed was horrible, very uncomfortable.

The rooms should have a comfortable easy chair. I wish they had dark roast coffee instead of light. Booking allowed us to book a suite with sofa and kitchenette book the same price. When we got to the hotel, we were not able to get that room.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for what we needed to do during the daytime. The staff was very helpful, and the full breakfast which was included in the morning was an added bonus! Coffee available all day!!

The mattress was on the very firm side, but I still slept well and it’s just my personal preference. The bathroom could’ve used a fan inside to take away the steam from the shower as it crept in the room, but again it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Good variety

Room was ready when we arrived, but because we were early we were told it would be an extra $50. if we wanted to occupy. This was a real turn-off. Doesn't make sense to have to pay more if the room is ready.

It was clean, not far from Hershey park and the breakfast was great with lots of options. The breakfast ladies are great keep everything stocked and clean they should be able to have a tip jar! They are providing a service and go above and beyond.

The lights were never on coming in off the main road. Right behind a gas station.

When I checked in I was told I only booked 1 room when in fact I booked 2. Was told they could not give me another room as they were fully booked. I had to prove to them I indeed booked 2. They said it was in my friends name. I did the booking and used my card. She does not have a credit card so that’s a lie.

Nice large room , appeared clean , the pool was very clean and large, beds were comfy and I liked the all day coffee and tea option at front desk . The parking was good and so was location to Hershey, pretty easy.

Breakfast was disappointing for anything take away. Main item was waffle . Would have liked to see more bagel options , fruit , boxed milk , things like this. Staff wasn’t very friendly upon check in, no greeting just “checking in?” . Had to ask questions about property rather than being informed about pool etc .

The place was super clean, staff was friendly and we had a family gathering in the dining area till early morning and they allowed us to gather. We were family members gathering for a funeral and had not seen each other in a long time.
