During our stay at ECLA Paris Massy Palaiseau, we appreciated the following aspects:​ Spacious and Well-Equipped Rooms: The accommodations were generous in size and included kitchenettes, providing flexibility for meal preparation. ​ Extensive Facilities: The property offers amenities such as a billiards room, and table tennis facilities, enhancing the overall guest experience. ​ Proximity to Transportation: The location is advantageous, being a short walk from the Massy-Palaiseau RER station, facilitating easy access to public transport and nearby amenities like supermarkets and bakeries. ​ These features collectively contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay at ECLA Paris Massy Palaiseau.

During our stay at ECLA Paris Massy Palaiseau, we encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience:​ Inconsistent Cleanliness: While our room was clean, the hallways were not well-maintained, with notably dirty carpets. ​ Limited Housekeeping Services: Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis, which may not suit guests on shorter visits. ​ These aspects, if addressed, could significantly enhance the guest experience at ECLA Paris Massy Palaiseau.

* some areas are in need of maintenance (e.g. our room's corridor did not smell fresh) * the well-designed room deserves better lighting (currently insufficient for studying or make-up) * the high shelves right by the bed waiting to crack my head whenever I got up * our room looked out onto 4 lanes of busy highway.. fine with the window closed but deafening (I recorded it) for those who, like me, always leave a window open at night We still intend to return!

ECLA Massy Palaiseau is modern building located in a safe and secure area in Massy Palaiseau. I'm glad that we had our university programme of 6 days organized in this building and I was glad to continue my stay for one more day. It is very well connected to the RER B in the station Massy Palaiseau. Massy has modern center, shops, restaurants and Carrefour shop. I really liked the modern concept of the building architecture, interior design and all the premises, cinema rooms, study rooms. Especially, I would like to mention that the stuff at the reception are very nice and very helpful, they really helped me in the reservation of the room, provided luggage storage and information during the stay. Great experience in Paris.

It's my second time staying here and I really like that the facilities are like a private dormitory. You have the whole studio to yourself and in the entrance floor there are great areas to socialize, study or have movie nights. The parking was 5 euro/night which is a great price considering the rest of Paris.

Not something about the property but the main train connection to Paris was under maintenance during our stay, so we had some difficulties using public transportation. If i knew this i wouldn't specifically prefer to stay in Massy so better make sure the RER B train is not out of service before booking

The reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel was big with a lot of facilities like laundry, table tennis and a gym, although we didn't have time to try them out. The bed was big and comfortable, and the room was equiped with an espresso machine.

The facilities were worn in the public area, for example the buttons for an elevator could not be pressed without a lot of strength (we thought it was broken until seeing someone else). The breakfast was very basic but served the purpose.

We chose this residence for its convenience (10-minute walk) to Massy-Palaiseau RER station, and hence easy access to various nearby university institutions in Orsay, Bures-sur-Yvette etc, as well as to central Paris. It is a large, recently built co-living establishment in which most floors are rented to students and the top floors are available for other visitors, who then have the benefit of the co-living facilities (working and discussion spaces, leisure spaces, a gym, kitchen, bar, garden etc). Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and included a kitchenette area. Wall-to-wall, ceiling-high windows let in full light, and darkening blinds could be lowered. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly both to hotel guests like us and to the resident students.

Our room, on the 8th floor, happened to be on the side of the building overlooking the close-by A10 motorway. The level of noise made it impossible to open windows at night. On any future visit i would ask for a room on the opposite side, towards other residential streets.

Large room, furniture well maintained. Kitchen in the room is nice to have.

Bathroom ceiling is low and feeling to be trapped when you are tall (2 meters). Breakfast was good but I would expect a larger choice of foods. Quality is acceptable. Possibility to connect only one device to the wifi unless you create an account. This is not flexible if you don't want to give your information details once more.

The place is really nice. It offers great infrastructure if you are looking for some additional activities. One has to keep in mind, that due to a specific purpose, there are a lot of young people. Yet, during a few days of stay, no disturbing noises were present. The staff is very helpful and is trying to solve various issues without delay. The price/quality ratio is really good.

Some minor problem that can be improved, is the presence of ants in the rooms. But I believe, that the main responsibility is the long-term quests, which sometimes leave food without cover.

The facilities are fantastic. The room has everything I need, even a microwave and a small kitchen corner! It's close to the train station and there's a bus stop just 3 minutes of walk from the building. They also provide an electric fan so it doesn't feel too hot inside the room.

The view is not good because my room is facing other rooms, but the room has curtains so we still have some privacy. I wish there was more light in the room, at night the room isn't very well lit.

Large spacious rooms with kitchenette, sofa, table, barstools and bar table. Water pressure in shower was good. Free Wi-Fi. Decent breakfast and cool student hostel vibe. Some of us got the loft rooms which were more spacious, though with very steep stairs.

No sheltered drop-off area for ride hailing or taxi. Even the car park does not have a sheltered loading point.
