This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has excellent facilities but the breakfast package is very disappointing. There are only two menu options: fried noodles and fried rice, one type of juice, one type of bread, one fruit, and two types of cereal. There is no egg station, soup counter, traditional snacks, or Malaysian food like nasi lemak.

Courteous staff, spacious and spotless clean room, comfy bed, nice view. Thank you to lady at the counter for letting me check in early @2:30pm. 💞 The initiative of the gentleman at the counter (unfortunately I didn't know his name) who went the extra mile to accede to my request for an extra blanket. I was rejected outright by a lady when enquired earlier - reason given was " it's the company's policy- no extra blanket nor extra bed - this is a business hotel" 🙄 I am not trying to blame your Co policy but sometimes you need to think outside the box and look at the situation to assist customer who are in need 🙏 that was what that gentleman did.. He politely told me that he will try to find something to assist when I told my son who was on job training in KL wanted to drop by and spent the night with us (me and my hubby) after work. We slept over your hotel to attend a wedding and shoot right back home immediately after the event. Kudos to that gentleman for providing a piece of blanket for my son. 🙏🙏🙏You saved our day. Thank you again 🙏🙏🙏

No mineral water provided. Toilet bidet water pressure issue of which I have highlighted when I checked out. Breakfast spread have a lot of rooms for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was not only efficient but also incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s cleanliness, attention to detail, and cozy accommodations truly stood out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay!

Nothinggggg Its was a splendid stay

The hotel is well maintained and squeaky clean. Being a guest since they opened a year ago. And the staffs there are very friendly and polite. Kudos to the manager Mr.Eugene for handling guest problems well and effectively. Thumbs up for the on floor team.

The upper management should consider to place a 24hrs standby technician to handle any technical issue faced by the guest with their rooms. My rooms doors lock ran out of battery, and I cant enter my room. I was asked to use other room 1st because no technician standby(3am) to fix my room door. Ended up the Manager Eugene came down on the spot to hotel to fix the door. Room cards need to be reprogrammed everyday if you stay for more than 1 day, that a big hassle to go to reception to renew your cards again.

I came to Glenmarie because of work. The hotel to the place that I want to go just walk by. Easy to park my car and at night there is a security guard that take care of the carpark. Also, the room and the bathroom very spacious & clean.

My room is near to the lift. It's a bit unpleasant to hear the bell of the lift every time. Also, during my two days stay, I have to listen the noise from room above my room between 7pm - 12am. Maybe the resident doing some cleaning work. So, I can't get a nice rest for few hours before bedtime.

Ascott Quality: Managed by The Ascott Limited, the hotel lives up to the high standards associated with the Ascott brand. The quality of service and facilities is on par with other Ascott properties. Affordable Pricing: One of the standout features of Glenz Business Hotel is its affordability. Considering the quality of service and facilities, the pricing is very competitive. Free Parking: It's a rarity to find free parking in newer hotels, but Glenz Business Hotel pleasantly surprises with this amenity. However, during peak periods, it's worth noting that parking can fill up quickly due to limited space. Swimming Pool: The hotel boasts a refreshing swimming pool that operates until 10 pm, providing guests with a perfect way to unwind after a day of business or exploration. Friendly Receptionists: The staff, particularly the receptionists, are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the overall guest experience.

Limited Parking During Peak Periods: While free parking is a welcome perk, it's essential to note that during peak periods, the parking lot can fill up quickly as it's on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests might face challenges finding a spot. Cash-only Deposit: Unlike many other hotels that pre-authorize the deposit using credit cards, Glenz Business Hotel requires the deposit to be paid in cash. This might inconvenience guests who prefer the convenience of a credit card transaction.

Spacious room, a delicious breakfast, neat and clean room, study table, iron with iron board, no mineral water at room but can take coway drinking water at level of your room. Park your vehicle at Level 1. Enter lift goes to Level 8 to go to lobby. Easy and fast check in and check out. Need to pay vehicle parking by validate room (rm5 per enter).If not validate room, the parking will charged as Rm3 per hour.

Because it is a new hotel, the hotel is very clean, all the furniture is new. The room is quite spacious. Comfortable bed. Pretty good equipment. Most important thing is, tv have a few good channel, not a typical tv for a display.

I like this hotel overall, the only downside is that it doesn't have a swimming pool that is really suitable for children under 5 years old. The hotel also lacks clear directions. Needs to be improved for customer convenience.

Clean and spacious. Facilities are new so there's exclusive feel to it. Provided steam iron and ironing board, prayer mat. Plenty of storage spaces in drawers. Arrived at the hotel almost at midnight, unfortunately could not try the pool, looked great from afar. Parking is free at Level 1, convenient that you can park and just go straight to room through elevator. Window view from our room was great (overlooking the garden). Decor was modern and chic, love the LED lighting behind the bedboard.

As stated by the hotel, they've just opened so no room service and meal option provided. Road surrounding the hotel is also confusing due to construction of LRT 3 on the main road beside the hotel. Shower is a bit too hot and a bit difficult to use, it leans more on hot than cold.

The staff at the counter are very friendly and the service received is good.All facilities in the room work well,next time we will stay here again very recommended😍

My suggestion may be to improve further in terms of providing additional needs such as pillows, blankets. if you want to charge extra is acceptable.
