The apartment was very close to everything, and had great access to all of the bus stations because we used the buses a lot and that was very convenient, as the buses were free. Also, there is a supermarket just next to it, like 2 minutes walk, which was super for everything we needed to buy, like water snaks and etc. Now for the room, it was very spacious and clean, and we asked for a balcony and they were kind enough to provide us with a room with a balcony. For a 4 night stay it was perfect. The breakfast was good every morning, and all of the staff were very polite and helpful.

Everything was really really good, just a suggestion - maybe a bigger selection of breakfast and a better coffee bar. But again, it was more that good and enough for 4 days.

The hotel staff are amazing!! Reception where so welcoming from the first moment we arrived till the very last minute 🙏 Alexandra was so warm hearted and helpful, every request was fulfilled with a great smile , amazing and beautiful inside out :) Breakfast was very nice and had a nice verity, the staff where kind . The room is spacious, yet the floor needs some more attention in terms of vacuum cleaner, however and overall it's definitely a place to return to ! Thanks for everything! We spend a week and it wasn't enough. In one word WOW !!!

- good location near Parliament, supermarkets in the area; - very good breakfast, variety, fresh, traditional food, served in the hotel next door - very helping staff

- very poor logistics in the building; the suites are part of Public House hotel next door, the breakfast room and reception are in that hotel; - the building with the suites is old, entrance is not maintained, the lift is not working up to the suites! Its actually mezanine and 1st floor, so 2 levels to go up by foot, the staff can help you when you checkin/checkout - on arrival day, room had some dust around the bed and i showed to the reception - rooms are ok but overall i wouldn’t rate it 4* as the main hotel next door

We really enjoyed our stay at brelgreat suites. The apartment was spacious and clean with a bathtub and a shower. The apartment is located in a building next to public house hotel (where you need to check in). It felt safe, even though the building looked kind of old and untidy. The breakfast was good with plenty options. The location is absolutely amazing, in town center, near shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and we slept very well. The highlight of the trip was the staff, a young and beautiful team. They were so helpful and nice, which was super appreciated. On the day of the arrival, there was a marathon and we were informed that the streets are closed until 3pm, which was a huge help to sort out our schedule . The staff deserves a pay rise btw :) We appreciated the free WiFi and free parking. The valet driver put our car in the garage. We would 100% come back again. Thank you !

I didn't like to view of the room, it was quite odd. I will put a picture to see what I mean. I also didn't like the building where the apartment was located, it was old looking and untidy.

The staff was so friendly and they were really helpful. They literally answered all of our questions. Thanks to them, we were well-informed about the city when we checked in. We were also given a smart phone to use as hotspot during our trip, which was a life saver as we were hanging around outside. The breakfast was excellent, there were many kinds of food and beverages there. You should try their berry pudding! There is no dispute with the location, it is really close to most of the tourist attraction points. The room, the toilet, the towels and stuff were clean. The Internet of the hotel was well-functioning.

The Irish Pub next door might be a bit noisy at nights. It was definitely not a thing, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very large and comfortable and the most important, it was vert clean. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were smiling, kind and helpful. Parking place was free. Also to find the place easy, you can search as Public House Hotel. It is the main building. You can walk to the famous places in 15 minutes. Nearly 1 km from the famous street Knez Mihaliova.

Our room wasn’t in the main building. It was next to the building without reception and any staff. First, it seemed insecure, but the door has a password and there was no problem about security.

The hotel was exceptional, the location is prefect, in the city centre, everything was on 10, 15 min walking, the breakfast was excellent everything you need. The staff was super super friendly and very very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier and j recommend this hotel to all who like to travel to Belgrade. Property is just in the middle of the main attractions and approximately 10-15 minute walk to any site. Breakfast was great plus. Staff was really helpful in every manner. Free parking was possible

Closed parking position is a bit tricky with pros and cons, while it is safer than to leave in front of hotel, entrance of the parking is really tight. While the hotel staff parked the car, I encountered hard time to get the car out. Although Everyone mentioned the entrance of the building and it is true, we quickly forgot that scene after seeing how comfortable the room is(it was like 5* hotel)

First of all I want to say thank you to BOOKING.COM for great job. Hotel was absolutely amazing, location just perfect, close to everything you need to see in Belgrade. Breakfast, amazing…lots of varieties, everything so fresh and delicious. Last but not least, the service was absolutely fantastic. The stuff hospitality just wonderful, they all go extra mile to make you feel at home. SPECIAL THANK YOU to Kristina for being absolutely brilliant!!!

There was nothing not to like about this hotel and service. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great.
