- really good place, located near city center - very nice bathroom, good equipped - big, comfortable bed - even located near busy street, with close windows is really quiet - dental set with toothbrush and tooth paste availible

- not even one free bottle of water, there is no place to buy separately and 2.5 euro per bottle from 'room bar' is quite expensive - missing some plant based or lactose free milk during the breakfast - good to mention that the place is located in old family building which means it has 4 floors and no elevator, so not suitable for people who has any problem with moving

I never experienced such amazing hospitality throughout a holiday. It was a holiday for my son's birthday and they even presented him with a small cake for his birthday during breakfast. The Staff makes you feel like at home or even better. They even took care of us when we came for our luggages hours after the checkout and did us some hot tea. Can't praise them enough, will definitely visit again! Their is no lift but staff made sure that we don't carry anything ourselves ❤️ best staff Ever! also, Hotel is very central with walking distance to everywhere.

My recent two-night stay at Hotel Argo in Belgrade was an absolute delight. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond by packing a special vegetarian breakfast for my early morning flight, a thoughtful gesture that I deeply appreciated. The young lady at the front desk was always cheerful and incredibly helpful and ensuring all my needs were promptly addressed. Her friendly demeanor added a personal touch to my stay. The receptionist boy was equally impressive, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The staff's generosity and attentiveness truly set Hotel Argo apart. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

They don’t have lift in their hotel

The staff was always welcoming and very helpful, they treated us as if we were their family. We got a pillow for our dog, free cutlery for food delivery, the staff told us everything about the directions, recommended good restaurants and sightseeing places, gave us recommendations about how to navigate in the city, how to pay for the public transport, etc. For each problem we had, they always had a solution, and often they even told us something important and useful before we even thought or asked about it. After the checkout, they allowed us to temporarily leave our suitcases at the hotel. When we got back, they offered us tea or coffee for free! And they also were always ready to have a chat with us, they taught us some Serbian words too. The lovely lady from the kitchen always asked us whether we had a good night sleep and wished us Bon Appétit. They also made sure that our two rooms were placed as close to each other as possible - and we got two rooms on the corner, so that we could exit from one room and immediately walk into another one, which was very convenient. And they also allowed us to check-in a little earlier. The reception also was available 24/7, and they quickly replied whenever I texted them on Whatsapp. When our flight got rescheduled, we were also able to prolong our stay in one room for 1 night for a reasonable price, no problem at all. Everybody was so nice, but there was definitely one extraordinary man that we liked the most - it was Ivan. I think he deserves a promotion :) Ivan, don't forget to text us if you go Cyprus!

The internet was a little slow sometimes, but the lovely gentlemen from the reception kindly helped me with the issue, found the root cause and proposed a suitable solution. As a result, I was able to work from the hotel and enjoy a fast Internet connection.

I stayed three nights in Hotel Argo during my solo trip to Serbia. I am very satisfied about my stay! The structure looks as if it had been renewed, though preserved it's charm. My room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The location couldn't be better, you could get easily to/from the airport as it's near A1 line, and all points of interest in the city. The breakfast was great! But above all, it was the hospitality and friendliness of everybody from the staff that made it so special! They were amazing from the first moment, upon arrival (and I got there late, after midnight) providing me with a lot of information, always smiling, willing to help, they really went above and beyond to make me feel like a guest and not only a customer. Hvala vam od srca ❤️

- Highly level of cleanliness - Very sweet and out going staff (especially the Breakfast Lady) . she is super nice with kids :) - The reception is available 24/7 and they try their very best to help out. - Exceptional buffet breakfast in the morning, freshly prepared and varied

The fact that the Hotel has no lift was a bit disturbing for us, especially when my son is sleeping and I need to carry him up to bed. I must say that the staff helped us with the luggage but I don't recommend it for people with small children and elderly. Since the hotel is in the heart of the city, parking is expensive and the hotel does not provide free or discounted parking for her residence. Wi-fi isn't the strongest I've ever encountered but still managed to use it a bit.

We were actually upgraded to a superior room with a balcony which was very nice. The room was spacious, had all the facilities and a properly working AC. Even through the room looks across a busy junction the windows were doing their job in keeping the room isolated and quiet. The staff is very kind and helpful, even greeting each guest on their own language in the breakfast area.

I was enjoying the balcony so much that the only thing I felt missing was a pair of chairs to sit on because the weather was nice and the view spectacular. The only thing I can point out was a small stain on one of the bed covers.

The staff is very helpful and always ready to answer your questions to provide you with the most relevant information. Connecting rooms with separate bathrooms are well suited for a family stay with 2 children. The general cleanliness of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms are quite satisfactory. It is very convenient in terms of transportation to touristic areas (Knez Mihailova Street, Kalemegdan, Tesla Museum, Skadarlija, Beton Hala...) which are mostly within walking distance. Breakfast was also full of choices and beautifully presented.

Parking can be a problem for those expecting to find parking on the hotel grounds. This was not an issue for us as we were informed in advance by the hotel that parking is on another street nearby and costs 13 Euros per day. You can stop for a few minutes in front of the hotel and leave your luggage. The hotel will issue you a parking ticket and the parking fee will be included in the hotel bill. But be aware that there is always a parking problem in such a central part of Belgrade.

This is was hands down one of the top experiences I had in a hotel (and I have been in lots). The staff was super friendly, they were trying to anticipate all our needs before we even asked! The rooms were super clean and they were cleaned every day. I was blown away by Ljiljana - hotel's chef. After our breakfast, she packed for us four lunch-boxes so we get a proper lunch during our day!! Hotel is located at the city center, all famous sights are within walking distance 15-20 min. Although the street is very busy, the rooms are very well soundproofed and the noise from the cars is almost negligible. There's a big TV screen in the room offering cable TV with 100+ channels. Breakfast's quality was very high with a big variety of breakfast foods. All in all I totally recommend the hotel and if I will travel to Beograd in the future I will certainly stay at Argo again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was great.
