Hi there, I want to say thanks to the owner and staff of Happy stars. It's a cozy place with a great view from the top floor. The twisting original staircase led to my apartment. The room is clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and I want to highlight Mirjana Jovanovi, she speaks in Russian and English and she helped me with any questions about adaptation at Belgrade. I had a very complicated task and she helped me with it as well. The breakfast is tasty and variable. Buffet breakfast is convenient. free and good quality WiFi, helpful staff, clean room, hair dryer in the bathroom, nearby: bus station, shop, restaurants

- there were 3 free parking spaces, sometimes blocked by local parking cars - not ideal if you are in a hurry (not the hotel's fault but maybe some signs could help the situation) - no elevator, only two floors but considerable when traveling with elderly people - one window without blackout curtain

The staff was amazing: polite, accommodating and helpful; the room spotlessly clean; the bed comfortable; the neighborhood surprisingly silent, although it was Saturday night; and the breakfast was large, filling and served until noon. Relatively late check-out time (12 o'clock) was a welcome bonus, after the Saturday night out :)

The staff is very nice and helpful and they upgraded our room for free. Everything is working well in the rooms and the location is great you have all you need just around the hotel.

Hotel room was comfortable to us. There are a lot of stairs, due to the building design, and no elevator - so this makes the hotel inaccessible to disabled people. We were satisfied overall - breakfast was good and varied too and the bed was large and comfortable! Staff was also helpful and really putting in an effort to be of service!

The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us plain paper for the kids to draw, extra bed sheets etc, very good experience. Parking is a huge problem in Belgrad and here there is free parking at site available

The Hotel does not pretend to be better than it is.You get what you have chosen yourself. The best is the young lady at the reception desk.Her help in any questions and hospitality was absolutely great. Acceptable breakfast with fresh products.

I like everything as my priority was the location in this area and to find within hours some room to stay in unexpected circumstances.

The receptionist was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. We also had breakfast here (it is actually served in the place behind the hotel) but it was amazing, we really enjoyed the meals.

Breakfast was tasty and rooms were comfy. The staff were super helpful from the time I booked the hotel. We regularly kept in touch to make sure any important information reaches one on time.

The front desk lady's were amazing very helpful, great location to rest if you are traveling 2 min off the highway, great breakfast.

The hotel rooms need some touch ups, upgrades on the air-conditioning for sure, outlets were very loose baby was pulling them off. Thank you to the front desk lady for giving us an upgrade that was very nice. Recommend hotel.
