It was very clean and fully non smoking. The staff was excellent- accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very vegan friendly. (They offered soy milk and were able to help us avoid non vegan foods). They loan out umbrellas for free. They have a nice bar and dining area. Our room was large, clean, spacious , quiet and lots of room for storage. Excellent water pressure. They also offer free taxi service from the airport.

Nothing really. The location was about a 10 - 15 mins uphill walk to town. This was fine with us but others may want something more convenient. We liked the location because it was close to the bus station allowing us easy access to other cities.

The Hotel was well located. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. The staff at the reception were outstanding - Maria, Yelena, Bratis, and 2 other ladies on the day I checked out (sorry cannot their names. I would like to mention that the staff went out of their way when we had a bit of an emergency on saturday 28th and had to extend my stay there. I felt most comfortable and secure hence chose to stay at JUMP INN rather than move to another hotel. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The staff were amazing. Always eager to assist. We had a problem with the street window in the room as it needed maintenance. Not only did they change our room, we were upgraded also. Not as central but easy access to everywhere on foot. Access to the new river development for walks, coffee, shopping

Breakfast was average but plentiful and lots of choices and plentiful.

I rarely travel, so I don't have much experience staying in hotels. Nevertheless, this one is the best I've ever seen. Very spacious room, polite and responsive staff, cleanliness, good wi-fi, comfortable space to work with laptop on the ground floor, excellent location (near the city center). Tired after the flight, I forgot my cell phone in the cab. The receptionist helped me a lot to get my phone back, respect to him. High level of the service made it possible to overcome this unpleasant moment.

Next to my room was located an utility room for cleaners, so I was constantly hearing sounds of work, voices, and footsteps. In addition, one morning the waitress was angry about something and she served me without enthusiasm. Perhaps I upset her in some way.

Hey, Rome hotels, you better take notes when you look at Jump Inn Hotel in Belgrade! If this gem existed in Rome, it would be the king of luxury hotels, making others green with envy. Jump Inn is so fresh and new, I half expected it to pop out of a hipster's Instagram post. And clean? It's like they hired cleanliness ninjas who strike dirt with deadly precision! Now, let's talk about the staff—absolute legends! They don't snoop around like Sherlock Holmes; instead, they treat you like royalty. I swear, staying here made me feel like I was a long-lost cousin returning home to a mansion.

Oh, you know, I'm not one to complain, but I had this little genius idea at check-in. As a booking.com genius member, I decided to gracefully ask for a free room upgrade. Well, the staff had a different idea—they thought I was a mind reader! Apparently, I should have flashed my upgrade wishes telepathically when booking the room. Who knew hotel staff had psychic powers? I guess next time, I'll bring my crystal ball and magic wand along. But hey, apart from that mystical mix-up, the stay was a-okay!

Breakfast was overall good. Cleaning excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent with really nice meat dishes. Hotel is very clean.

The smoke detector in the room was located above the bed, and gives a sharp red blinking lights to indicated its working. This was a little bit disturbing when trying too sleep. The secuirity of the WiFi can and should be improved.

The breakfast was excellent with variety of food for every taste. The location is near the Belgrade waterfront and also a walking distance from the center of Belgrade. The staff was very polite and helpful. Also, the cleanliness is perfect. The bathroom was great and very spacious, unlike the room.

The single room is very small. My room had a inner view which means looking at the other guests. The TV was set right from the bed so you can watch very badly. It is not for claustrophobic guests. Also, this type of room does not worth for the money that you spend on it, unlike the other double rooms. Yet, the cleanliness is perfect.

Outstanding staff - front desk and restaurant- very welcoming and accommodating. They accommodated our vegan diet. The room was spacious and quiet. The location is excellent and convenient. The coffee is good there, they loan out umbrellas and helped with taxi and museum information.

Only a few quibbles - the carpeting needs upgrading and minor room issues like updating their toilet paper holder, the stability of the vanity, easier to use soap dispenser and more targeted cleaning.

The personnel is very efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good in variety and quality, with fresh fruit and vegetables, cereal, eggs, bread and the usual. Well located near to the bus station and walking distance to the center, the bridges, the fortress, the museum of contemporary art, etc. The room was light, quite large and comfortable, not incredibly clean, but decent enough. Comfortable bed. There is a water cooker for tea, or soluble coffee and a mini bar, but no iron available in the room. There is a small supermarket right in front of the hotel, recommended for water as there was only one complimentary bottle in the room.

The room itself was very clean and with amazing bathroom.The bed was great as I could sleep like a baby 😍.The breakfast was really good,several main meals and fruit options.Beside the juices and water they offered water with fresh lemon slices and ment in.That was fantastic.The reception staff were great and even the girl who did my check out gave a cookies from hotel which is great memory.Also the girl in the bar makes the best Americano.I will definitely come back soon into this hotel.
