Veru nice location , nice service

Reference from previosly guests wrote that parking is free for guests...but reception dosent accept this references.. Say that this is old ?!

Best staff! Milan met us, very friendly, helped us with setting up our mobile phones with SIM cards we purchased from reception and gave us directions to the best restaurants. Breakfast was great. Maya saw us off, very friendly as well, gave us the list of the best sites to visit in Belgrade. We loved Belgrade, one of the best capitals in Europe. Hotel had underground parking, rooms were immaculately clean, minibar was well stacked, and we had the best stay here! Thank you Milan and Maya and wish you all the best!

We were recently staying at this hotel in Belgrade and one of the standout features was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The team went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, accommodating special requests with a smile and offering helpful recommendations for local spots to visit. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated in a prime spot that makes it easy to explore the vibrant city of Belgrade. Whether you're interested in visiting historical sites, enjoying the local cuisine, or shopping, everything is just a short walk or quick ride away. I loved how convenient it was to explore the nearby attractions without having to worry about long commutes. Another big plus for me was the availability of parking. Belgrade can be tricky when it comes to parking, so having a secure and easily accessible parking option was a huge relief. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We missed coffee, cause we are coffee lovers. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal base for your stay.

Oh, boy! This hotel is a hidden gem! It has extremely spacious rooms. It has extremely friendly and helpful staff. It has a free underground parking where you can leave your car and you can be sure it will be safe all the time. The hotel itself was amazing. Like I said, our room was spacious, maybe it was the biggest room we've ever been into compared with the rest of the hotels we've been around the EU and BG. It was quiet enough. The breakfast was also top. There was variety of meals for each preference as well as enough for everybody. The location of the hotel is also extremely good. It's near all the good places in Belgrade, bus stops, restaurants, the fortress, Knyaz Mihailova str. I would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Belgrade for tourism. I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality!

The property is in a great location. Close to Knez Mihailova street and Kalemegdan, as well as Usce and Belgrade Waterfront for shopping. The rooms are a nice size and have all the facilities you would need for your stay. The gym is fit out well and can accommodate an occasional or even daily work out routine. The breakfast served is fantastic. Everything you need without having too many choices and not being able to have done if everything. Freshly made that morning with espresso coffee and juice/water, plus a separate pastry and sweets section next to the coffee. The staff are all friendly and made sure to go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I also spent quite some time speaking with the hotel manager this morning who was very pleasant and took the opportunity to ask and inderstand any shortcomings. To me this is truly a testament of a property that wants to do and be better at what they do, and having the customer front of mind.

Honestly, I’ve stayed at this property so many times that I really can’t find something that I don’t like. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff are wonderfully sweet and happy to help. The room was squeaky clean and it was kept clean. Safe and easy parking in central Belgrade was the best part of staying there. The location is just perfect, next to bars and restaurants but also easy to find.

The breakfast had limited options, especially for vegetarians. Not everything seemed fresh, either, unfortunately. Also, the buffet is not refilled, so if you're one of the last ones at breakfast, your choice is limited even further.

Had room 202. Perfect location in the city. No noise from traffic outside. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great to have parking.

Breakfast could be better. Only one selection of bread. Although great to have parking, it was a bit confusing. Hard to hear when they spoke from video/doorbell when you are so close to the road and cars driving by.
