The room was relatively clean, with great view.

The breakfast was overpaid. For 5 days that we stayed we have one family lunch package (a day trip to Vienna) and only 2 breakfasts. The reason was that in last hour of the breakfast (from 9 am until 10 am) you cannot find almost anything. And the waitress wants to get rid of you as soon as possible. There are a lot of alternative ways for great breakfast around the location. Don't pay extra for breakfast. Not worth it.

Great location, within short walk to the old town and even the Danube promenade. Room is basic but comfortable, clean and functional. The bathroom was larger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. It's a bonus to have paid parking in secure lot closeby.

You can hear every time someone walks up the stairs. There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom-- would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room. Would also be nice to have a shelf or basket to hold your shampoo, soap etc inside the shower.

Staff were friendly, and it is quite close to the airport. A short walk down the street is a great Indian restaurant (grab-n-go), and there is a hookah bar very close-by although that is not my preference typically. They did have alcoholic beverages for sale though, but there was not much of a vibe on a Sunday evening. The staff were friendly though. I tried getting a cab to the closest actual pub, but they closed pretty early so that was a bust. Upon second try, I would hit the pub first and then come and check in.

Not an issue with the hotel, but a forewarning to people trying to catch an early flight. I was leaving the hotel at 4am, and it was almost impossible to find a taxi or uber. I would maybe try scheduling in advance (and hopefully they show up...). Unusual for a big city close to the airport. 4 is not that early...

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Comfortable and very spacious room, comfortable beds. There were 4 beds in the room, for 2 visitors. Convenient location, close to the historic centre and to the train station, close to the bus stop.

Reception is in a separate building, so are the breakfasts. It was very much possible to hear people walking in the common hallway or using the lift (noisy because of this). Not enough hooks in the bathroom or shelves for bathroom amenities.

The location was good. The room was spacious and the beds were very confortable.

Not something important, but the check-in process could be improved. When arriving at the hotel address, we found a sign on the door saying that the check-in should be done in a different building (although just around the corner). In this other building, we did the check-in and received the keys, and only then we were allowed to go to the room. If having heavy luggage this would have been a bit annoying. This could be easily improved by informing the guests beforehand that the check-in will be done in the other building around the block so that guests can directly head there.

The place is at the perfect location. There is a discount market across the street and everything in the city center is reachable by foot. Four our 4 days stay we didn't use the public transport even once. The beds were excellent for sleeping after a night of clubbing.

The fridge was extremely small - it fits 8L at most. We couldn't open the windows during the night because there was noise on the street.

Large room, very comfy beds and lush pillows. We had a lovely view to some attractive buildings opposite from our top floor room and the shower had good water pressure. Only thing missing from the room was a fridge but we didn't expect that... the lift, even though very old and slightly wobbly, was a bonus as we didn't expect one. Very happy with the convenient short stroll to old town and the bus stop to and from the train station was right next to the reception. Would stay here again.

The breakfast time is closing a bit too early and should go till 11 am. And we were missing a lunch deals on weekend at that breakfast place, which is very cozy to stay at. Within the toilet room, I was missing a shampoo holder while showering The reception was hard to find. I was missing a bigger sign, which shows the way as well as the reception should give directions, where to get a covid19 test for less as part of customer service, where to go and how much its costs. My recommendation is right next to the brewery "BARtislava" and its well signed out. All in all just small things for greater experience.

Very good room with 4 comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with good toiletries. Good breakfast. Very good location in walking distance to good restaurants and all sights in Bratislava.

At breakfast was a little bit too crowdy and it should be open at least till 10,30h. Quality of complementary coffee and tea in room. Internet was slow, with frequent breaks in connection.

We incidentally got a free upgrade, and the staff were very helpful and kind. The bed was spacious and free basics toiletries were provided. The room had 4 free coffees for us to brew with the supplied water kettle. The shower had 'curtains' for once which a lot of hotels lack for no reason. There was really good WiFi and there was a TV on the with Netflix capabilities and a good selection of TV channels.

The cleanliness could be slightly improved, and I didn't like that the bed was made of two mattresses that didn't fit tightly together so there was a minor gap. The desk was really small there was only one, plus one chair. If you want to get delivery, you'll struggle to find comfortable spots to eat in the room.
