It is in a nice neighborhood, it has parking and everything you need and it is a good value for the service.

No one told you that the card is not active after 10 (checkout time). We checked out at 10:05 and the elevator wasn’t working anymore, no door was opening anymore, no nothing. The card should work for the elevator and doors for at least 15 more minutes. 30 optimum from my perspective.

Just in a 1 minute after 10:00 (checkout time) you can't use elevator, you can't get underground parking etc. Could you add at least 15-30 minutes more for people just to move out car? It is not blocking personal to clean rooms, new people will check-in only after 14:00.

Without knowing exactly what to expect, Hotel Viktor was a pleasant surprise. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist and our rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. I think the hair dryer in the bathroom was the best hotel hair dryer I've used. The location was also great as it was accessible from the highway but also only a short drive to the Old Town.

Our biggest issue was that once we checked out, we were not permitted to stay in the building to wait for a taxi, which I found incredibly inhospitable and odd. As guests, we ought to have been allowed to stay inside for 10 minutes or so. I would like to have had a small shelf or holder in the shower to place my toiletries. I also didn't like the toilet brush in the hotel room bathroom.

Since I have booking in English, I will write this entry in English as well. I really loved the interior, it was stunning and modern, loved the room we got as well and the staff was super friendly and helpful, always opening the doors for us even when we could open them ourselves with our card, we also got a room with the bathroom we asked for. Staff and accommodation was excellent in our experience.

I really do miss breakfasts, we were told they were not possible to add on to our stay, which wouldn't be that much of a problem if the hotel was directly in the city, but in the area which the hotel is in, breakfasts were hard to get to - we had to bring our own food or eat at the supermarkets, since majority of the local cafes didn't offer any breakfast foods or pastry whatsoever, but rather cakes and ice cream. I'm sure the lack of breakfasts has its reasons, but it was making things harder for our stay. Also, I honestly got a little scared by the area at first, since the buildings around are not in the greatest state and the hotel itself doesn't look stunning from the outside, but the inside made up for it quick. The only point down is for the lack of the option for a breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Viktor in Bratislava. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and satellite TV. The location is perfect — quiet yet still close enough to the city center to easily explore. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests. I particularly appreciated the free private parking and the convenience of having breakfast available each morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bratislava!

The room was satisfactory, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly with good English skills. The hotel offers complimentary enclosed parking, and its prime location at the city entrance provides easy access to both the city center and an available Uber service, typically costing around 6-7 euros for a drop-off in the old town.

Check-out was scheduled for 10 o'clock, but just 5 minutes after that, the cleaning staff entered the room without any prior knock, despite the designated check-out time having passed. While it's still possible to manage the situation or address concerns with a phone call, the brevity of the breakfast window from 7:30 to 8:30 posed a challenge, especially during our stay over the New Year when reaching it within such a short timeframe proved difficult.

Location, parking, check-in, everything helpful and in good place. The room was big enough for two persons, half an hour of pleasant walk from the old city centre, clean, enough towels, the matress was also good. There is a big underground parking lot, we did not used it, because we left our car outside, in the parking lot that was in front of the building. At the reception was a very lovely girl, she helped us with our tv, because the batteries on the remote were empty and was very quich to answer all our needs. We are very satisfied and we will surely come back.

Shower leaks onto floor and there was evidence of mold. Cleaning with bleach should fix that! Rusty handsoap dispenser looks dirty even though just rusty. Replace it. Leave more than one roll of toilet paper. 7 Euros for two cups of lukewarm Ameicano coffee in 68 Euros room is ,"highway robbery!". Coffee is part of hotel culture and should not be extra charge...certainly not 10% of overnight price!

A very nice business hotel in the Petržalka part of Bratislava, if you need to stay near Tyršák or simply not in the city centre and park your car somewhere. It is a nice 3 star hotel, quite simple but also comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 nights business trip. Would recommend.

Just be careful if you have a car with a lower chassis as the entrance to the garage is quite steep and requires a good driver to avoid damaging your car.

Absolutely beautiful room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, excellent shower (roomy walk-in Roman stall, great pressure and lots of hot water with a handy soap/shampoo dispenser), long desk with chair plus a small table with chair which was very convenient for two people. Loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet). Free underground parking garage was safe and secure. Fast and easy check-in. Jacob at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

No issues at all. Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
