The room was very spacious and looked good and clean. The bathroom was also quite big and had a bathtub. There was plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards. This would be fine for a long stay. The room looked the same as the pictures. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee sachets.

There is a bus stop in the same street as the hotel, but this bus runs once in half an hour. You would have to walk a bit for the other bus stops. It is not that far but if you arrive with all your luggage, it would be nice if there was a bus stop closer. The road to the hotel is also quite uphill and especially at the entrance.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood quite close to the city centre (10-15 min walk). The Slavin monument is also in proximity. There are public transportation stops nearby with easy connections to the train station and airport. The apartment was enormous, quite suitable for a longer stay. It was clean and comfortable, with a good wi-fi connection. Breakfast offered a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would surely love to go back :)

The only downside was that there are not enough tables in the breakfast restaurant to accommodate the number of guests.

A big nice room, a comfortable bed and fine mattresses too. The area is very quiet. A walk of 10 min. to Michalska Brana, the center of the city; a bit uphill from the center back though; not easy to walk with luggage😊The hotel helps with a taxi ;the price in Bratislava is 5euros (do not take any pirate ones!!!! Check in is after 15.00- a bit inconvenient if you are there for a day or two. Tourists should feel they are appreciated!!! Going up and down the hill - a waste of time if you want to make as much as possible out of your short stay.

Very spacious rooms. All facilities on place. Parking next to the hotel. Walking distance to the city center is 10min. We had a good stay.

It's uphill hotel so for elderly people would hard to walk. For us it wasn't an issue. Bathroom had issues. Glass shelf was badly glued so consequently it fell down and broke. Luckily no one was hurt. The shower glass gum was old and not properly glued so after showering all water was out on the floor. It's a bit inconveniencing if we would stay for a second night.

We appreciated having our own designated parking place. The staff in the reception was friendly and helpful, and also gave us some help with finding our way around Bratislava on foot. It is only a 10 minute walk to the historical center. The studio apartment was large and bright, and despite the heat wave was nice and cool. We had a lovely view of the castle.

There were very few dishes in the little kitchen. It is possible to give laundry to the hotel to be washed, but this is very expensive because you pay for each separate item. We asked whether there are any washing machines so that we could do our own laundry, and we were told that this is an option but costs 10 Euros per load. For someone staying longer, this could be a better option.

Very nice and warm staff. We have got a free upgrade without asking for it. She even helped with the free parking - really nice from receptionist. Location is perfect a few minutes from the old town.

You came see that rooms are a bi tired and need reform due to the price you pay per night.

Quite spacious executive suite and apartment. Location close to the Old Town city centre and the castle, but away from busy roads.

Some of the room facilities were not in top shape - one of the bathroom shelve looked to be just about to fall off and there was an obvious hole where a towel hanger used to be, missing one of the two curtains used to separate the living room and bedroom space.

Sits on top of a steep hill. It's a little bit of a trek. Not a bad walk into town, but back up the Last little bit is thigh burning. Definitely not for anyone with mobility issues.

Very pleased with room, location and breakfast options. Room was big and clean, fully equipped. Helpful reception and easy check in was big plus. Great value for money too. Easy to reach center in less than 10 minutes.

No complains.
