An incredible room: large, clean, modern and a joy to be in. The property is beautifully maintained and the location was perfect for us as we visited Spis castle one day and the Tatras the next.

Everything was great, though I wish the kitchen would have been better stocked: there was no microwave or bowls. Our room on the third floor -number 302 - was stunning. But older folks or those with mobility issues (or heavy bags) should know that the property has no elevators.

Surrounded by nothing interesting nearby, no facilities for mountain hikers in the room - like a place to dry wet clothes. Personnel available in limited time frames (breakfast in the morning / checking-in in the afternoon). Narrow entrance to the internal parking - might be an issue for bigger cars. Too soft mattresses in my personal opinion.

Absolutely astonishing place! Very cosy and with thos unique atmosphere. We felt like staying at some boutique hotel in New York. All personel was very friendly and mostly this super gentle Waiter who served our delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Helpful and welcoming staff, good size of the rooms.

Beware, that some rooms doesn't have AC (double check all info in the booking before making reservation), we arrived during the summer and it was extremely hot, thankfully there was room with AC available and we were able to move. It's probably not a big deal during the rest of the season

We loved everything!. Immaculate.and very spacious, beautiful rooms. The staff were amazing but Marta was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. She really was incredible and we thank her so much for the best stay!

Amazing place to stay. We stayed here for 2 nights with our dog. Stuff prepared a special bed for the dog, blanket and bowl (so nice). The design of the hotel is very beautiful and new. The room is huge and the bed is amazing. There is a closed and save parking space inside the hotel. Very good breakfast and not the same every day, that is good. I am looking forward to come back to this place again

The location in is far from the center and there are no restaurants or a supermarket within walking distance. The front desk is only in the morning. There is no coffee or tea in the room or shampoo or shower cap and ctr There is no elevator.

We liked everything about the hotel, mostly enjoying the cosiness of our room and the breakfasts. Great place to rest after exploring Vysoke Tatry. Thinking about visiting again in the summer.
