Everything! I had amazing experience in the hotel. Personal were amazing thank you. Didn't have problem with anything. Very nice room, breakfast included in the price was delicious- continental, sausages, lot of options for bread and rolls, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, vegetables. Very happy with staying. Nice big room. You can ask staff to enjoy sauna, go on massage etc. Rent a bike. Supermarket near the hotel. Train and bus station. 24 hours reception. Hotel have own restaurant and offering weekly menu and weekend food too. They really made my short staying amazing and I will definitely book again. Thank you all!

All was really great!

Excellent hotel for those who do not have high expectations. Yes, the interior is a bit outdated, but cosmetic update have been done, the furniture is new, everything is clean and functional. Very good breakfast. Close to the bus station, train station and supermarkets. A very good starting point for a hike in the mountains.

There were problems with the shower, but it was bearable.

IThe stiffness of the mattress was to my liking and it was deciding for my good rest. And everything was very clean. The window could be opened and the air quality during the sleep was excellent. Free WiFi was available.

Choice of the meals for the breakfast was rather modest. But it was included in the room price, so it was also absolutely ok.

Very nice place to stay. Everything is expected to be clean and is. Jumping point to High Tatras using the tram... 4€ to get there and any point along the front of the Tatras. It makes going up affordable. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly, and the snacks - yes - the chips! Fluffy and Yummy!

The front furniture is dated, but clean. What more can you ask for in a place to stay.

Breakfast was ample and sufficient. We tried the restaurant's cuisine which I can only recommend The location of the place is very good walking distance to Kaufland and Billa. Although the train station is close by but this does not take anything away from the perception of the place.

Check in and out was easy. Located near to the railway and bus stations. The town centre is about 1.2km away. The breakfast was great and they started earlier for a group which was good of them. The rooms have been refurbished since our last visit and are much improved. Wi-Fi worked well. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Great location close to the station to reach the mountains, quite far from the city centre. Appreciated the breakfast, typical and traditional.

Nothing in particular, old fashioned building, but essential. Still, the neighborhood can be quite peculiar, not always felt that safe.

Great location to bus and train stations. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was very comprehensive and reasonably priced. Quite in night. Magnificent view of snow o n tatra mts.bike rental available and lots of tourist info.

There seemed to be trouble with WiFi not working in room. Worked in foyer ok

Great location within the city - grocery store, bus and train station within 5 minute walk, monitored parking. The room was fine, with all expected commodities, alright wifi connection.

Unfortunately was not on side with mountain view. Bedside light is very bright white, would have appreciated more warm light.

Older style hotel & probably quite flash in the Commie days. Still a good hotel. Nice big room with a comfortable bed & a view if you're high enough. Helpful staff. Parking on site & a good breakfast. Easy walk to the centre.
