hotel very large and modern, clean tidy everywhere and tastefully finished, the facility offers a lot of opportunities to practice various types of sports, very tasty restaurant both inside and outside the hotel, great wellness, it is a pity that people in swimsuits are goinig in, which is however forbidden and no one is watching it

the lady at the reception desk was not very nice during registration, she did not quite tell us where we had the room and we looked for it for 15 minutes, only someone from the service showed us, it is a pity that you have to pay additionally to enter the wellness - when you pay almost 300 euros for the room one night for 2 person such services should be included in the price, in addition, when registering the room offer said that the room will have a view ... yes, there was a view from the ground floor to the playground .. it would be a pity if I had known, I would have looked for another option

Sports facilities fantastic very high standard. Pool area great loads to do lots of pools and clean. No swimsuits in spa was a real shame as i would enjoy that part of hotel. Thai massage is recommended

Lack of information from reception. Lack of food choices. The buffet felt like school canteen food quality was good just not enough choice and was badly presented. Only one restaurant onsite unless eat round pool which was fast food. Asian restaurant very good but specials didn’t change and when you eat there a few times gets repetitive. Needs a grill restaurant onsite or good italian

Amazing room, very friendly,professional and helpful staff. The pools are out of the world. Beautiful wellness and huge area. Well equipped gym and cute cinema. Nice breakfast included.

The only downside is the price and meal options The accommodation itself was quite pricey, so paying additional 20 euro for each lunch/dinner without drinks was quite a lot (eventhough it was all you can eat, I can imagine having more options). There is also limited option of restaurants (during our stay there was only one A la carte opened (Apani) which was very disappointing - we waited almost 1.5 hour for our (average) meal (no, the restaurant wasn't crowded). The food in the stand next to the pools was also quite basic, rather tasteless.

size of the room was great, with a bedroom and living room, giving some extra privacy if you are with 3 people. everything was very clean, and the food was great.

The hotel is perfectly equipped for sportsmen - having a lot of space for sport equipment, many hangers in cabinets, big shower, etc. We liked the way rooms are designed in general - all details were carefully thought about. Food at both restaurants was super tasteful. We had the best sushi ever in Apani restaurant - the special one with shrimp in hot mayo!

It would be good to have a dedicated charging spot for electric scooters that are good to have for moving round the entire area. Also rental scooters could be offered.

Michael was able to train and relax before his event. As a spectator I felt a bit isolated……but explored by myself and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. A very relaxed stay but few instructions as what we could do. I just went exploring by myself and if a security guard questioned me, I just pleaded ignorance and moved on. Rooms were great. Took us a while to work out the heating/ cooling. Overall, loved the x-bionic experience. From Australia to Šamorín. A vast difference from Outback Australia

Complex was vast. Language was difficult for us. When we went to use the pool we were questioned by security and felt like spies. Access to certain areas was restricted. I am a walker and wanted to cross the canal via the bridge but it was locked.

The rooms were organized very nicely. Lots of places to put belongings. Easy to enter with pass card. The 50 m pool was excellent, as was the other pools, the track and the grounds. The meals we re great - lots of variety The buffet was kept very clean amd.orderly. The staff were very helpful and available. The common areas of the hotel were also beautiful and comfortable with many things to see and lots of nice places.tp.sit and relax. We were there for the world multisport competition and the place was perfect for that.

We were a little bit frustrated with the gates around the property. It was awkward to 'get.out' on foot and walk along the Danube. It would be nice to have a way to access that area more.easily. Also, the location was so far removed from town that without a car (which we didn't have) we couldn't really go anywhere else (like to a grocery store etc).

Hotel was very clean and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a good range of restaurants available.

There wasn’t a lot near the hotel. The town was a good half hour walk. We didn’t have a car. Would have liked tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.

This place is really good. Huge territory, lots of sport activities. We loved the aqua zone and kids playground.

We had dinner and breakfast at Olym-Pick restaurant, can’t recommend that, the choice of food is really poor, especially at dinner. The need to check out before 10am didn’t make us happy as well. And why is everything starting to shut down 30-40 minutes before the actual closing time? (But this seems to be common in Slovakia)

Huge hotel with beautiful facilities. But at some point it is so big that all you do is commute all day from one point to the other. Breakfast is of great selection and variety. Great pools for children!

Although it was tasty, dinner costs 19 euros per person and does not have a wide range of options. 2 kinds of soup, 3 kinds of main course and salads, 2 kinds of dessert/cake. So ordering from outside restaurants was a better idea.
