Location is brilliant, staff are wonderful and the breakfast is great. We had an early start on our departure day and they even arranged for a takeaway lunch for us to have. This is the third time we have stayed for a week each time. We love it. Thank you for everything.

Being British, I do miss having a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room! The shower could be a little cleaner around the edges and in the plug. My daughter is 2 and likes to lift and scrape everything!

This is a fabulous hotel, beautifully maintained and welcoming. The integration of the café is a huge benefit: the café is comfortable, full of good cakes and all manners of drink, and it welcomes all. Loved it. The hotel's buffet breakfasts were relaxed and richly varied.

I just thought the beds were a bit soft. Obviously that says more about me than about the hotel. I think I am only mentioning it to show my discrimination, in order that my praise is accepted!

Great location, helpful staff, excelent breakfast. Super clean. We even got a free update to our room. Parking just în front of the hotel( costs 5 euro/day, witch is very cheap, over other places in Slovenia. It is also a public parking a few minutes walk from the hotel, îs free in weekends. Also, you really need to try The cherry cake at hotels restaurant, super delicious. Even if The location is super central, The room was very quiet ( only we heard The church Bell, but it didn't bothered us ). We really recomand this hotel if you cloose to spend a few days în Celje.

We didn't quite like the fact that , although we payed for a parking space în front of the hotel, if you leave with the car, at The return, you dont't have your payed parking place anymore. So, we payed the parking and left the car maximum two hours...when we came back...no parking place was available anymore.....

Nice hotel with great location (only a few minutes walk from the station), clean room, helpful staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Our air conditioning device leaked, we reported it, they fixed it. Then it leaked again, we reported it again, they fixed it again. After that, it leaked a little more then the dripping stopped. Although it was not the hotel's fault, it was annoying that literally under our window some very noisy construction work was in process, starting before 7 every morning.

- Rooms are quite small and so is the bathroom although I don't think its really that big of an issue - The hotel only offers public parking spaces that cant be reserved and are somewhat pricy, its better to park at the railway station close by which is 2.50 Euro a day and even free from Friday 3 pm til Monday 6 am

The location is exceptionally comfortable, the center of the old town. Close to the train station and a big parking (free of change on weekends). Good breakfast with delicious sweet treats. The drain in the bathroom worked perfectly.

Some updates are obviously necessary in the 150 years old hotel. I didn't noticed fresh juices on breakfast. For us as a family with a child on the spectrum there was a problem with the keyless door which could be opened from the inside just by the handle.

Our stay at this hotel during the floods was unexpectedly short-lived, as we were evacuated within hours due to the rising waters. However, we want to commend the hotel staff for their exceptional behavior during this crisis. Their swift response, assistance, and professionalism in handling the situation were truly commendable. Although we didn't get to experience the hotel's amenities, the staff's actions left a lasting positive impression on us. Bravo!

Great location next to the station. The breakfast gave impression that is small but there was really a lot to try (maybe only the tea was of low quality). Very good sauna, very nice design. Only wondering, why you have seats in direction of glass showers, so you watch people taking shower,. But we were there alno, so had no problem and experience was excellent. Staff was very kind. The design of the interiér is exceptional, I love the breakfast room walls and lamps. Same goes for the LED screens with a paintings round.

Rooms are quite small. No problem for one night for sure.

Beautiful older ( historic) hotel right in the center of old Celje. With lovely breakfast room, café and patio.

Reserved standard room twin beds weeks ago for 2 sisters. When we arrived the receptionist told us twin beds only avilable in the attic. So felt like in boarding school or maid's quarters. No view as only small windows in the ceiling. Reception said that was Bookings fault. Is it such a problem to deliver room as booked?

The hotel was only 5min away from a big parking area next to the train station. Check in process was very simple and fast, we were in our room in a couple of minutes. The room was very clean and quiet.

There was no available parking next to the hotel. The room was quite small, bathroom even smaller. Considering the price, it is still a very nice hotel - we will stay in it again.
