The best thing about this hotel is its location – you're right in the center, making it super convenient for exploring the area. There are public parking spots nearby, and it's free on weekends, which was a great perk. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Convenient stay!

The room was quite small, and the cleanliness could have been better – there were some stains on the chairs. One downside was the layout, as the toilet is right next to the bed, which felt a bit awkward, especially since the toilet has glass walls. I wouldn't recommend this room if you're staying with friends, as the lack of privacy could be uncomfortable.

The hotel is central, close to both the center and the bus station. It's also really clean and fresh, it felt pretty new. The bed was super comfortable. The terrace upstairs was great, lots of space which is shared with the hostel in the same building so it had some extra facilities such as a ping-pong table. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional.

The rooms are quite compact. There are no real bathrooms, just a sliding door between the head of the bed and the toilet. No space to put your toothbrush or other hygiene articles and no hook to hang the hand towel. I also missed a bedside table although there is a dedicated space for your cellphone next to the bed. There was no storage space, closet or drawers so we ended up having to keep our things in our bags on the floor just by the door, having to step over them each time we entered or exited. The place is great for a couple of nights, but for a longer stay it's a bit tight.

Room was comfortable and nice. Great shower, very comfy and nice. Breakfast was okay, could be a little better for the price charged, but does the trick. Location is amazing, is just a 10 minute walk for the lively part of the city. Strongly recommend, has a good price value.

This is just a nit pick, but parking can be a little annoying. You have to park on a "quick pick up spot", check in, take your parking card, go park on the garage. Same for the check out: you have to remove the car from the garage, park on the street, give back the parking card and then find your card. Is quite annoying and sometimes the police can stop you since where you are parked is supposed to be used only by taxis.

the location was exceptional, such a short walk from the main bus station and the old town. the room was very spacious and lots of room for bags. daily cleaning was awesome, and the staff were very nice. there were elevators with key card access for added security. the terrace is so wonderful, and it was great to have a drink on it. lots of amenities for fun! the shared kitchen was great - meant we didn’t have to go out for food all the time.

i think the only issue was there was only one washing and drying machine so you have to wait around until someone finishes, but the fact there’s a laundry at all was awesome!

The location was super convenient, only a 5min walk to the main square. The breakfast was good, parking garage directly below, the rooftop setting with lots of space, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable!

Maybe I missed it but I didn’t see the option to book parking in advance which was less expensive than the public rate. Also I would say that if I was with someone, the lack of privacy in the toilet and shower “rooms” due to the frosted glass sliding doors that seperate the room from the toilet/shower, would be an issue for some. This is a great spot for a solo traveler.

Conveniently located between the railway station and the centre. We arrived by train and left by bus from the same place so it was simple. Check in on the 7th floor was quick and easy. Our room was nice and had most things we needed. We liked the rooftop bar and cafe, more like a hostel with a good vibe. Breakfast had plenty of choice though coffee needs improvement. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It would be good to find a kettle and a fridge in the room. More useful than a TV.

was small but had everything that a traveler needs. i liked the lobby area, where you can hang around, drink and eat, and enjoy the view. Very young and modern spaces. the rooms are modern, well designed in that space and clean. good value for money.

We had a small problem: one of the lights in the room wouldn't turn off and there was no technical guy to fix it. But the reception guy offered us an alternative room and free breakfast as compensation. Parking arrangements were not so clear. The hotel apparently has some reserved spots but it is just to reserve the spots. you still need to pay for it. it was not so clear from the communication. It came across as the hotel has some spots in the parking place next door. It's better to clear that point.

Lovely staff who were very welcoming and nice, always glad to give tips on what to see or do in the city. The location is great, all the old town is within walking distance.

The key cards sometimes took a few tries to work. Would be nice if the room had a mini fridge. Some of the clothes hangers were a bit worn down/slightly broken. Room would be best shared with a partner, as the bathroom setup might be slightly awkward with friends.

Good value for money and staff friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - 5-10 min walk to historic centre, pedestrian zone with shops restaurants. Quiet. There is a lift. Good WiFi in room. Air conditioning. Clean functional room in excellent condition. Good bed. Good shower. However room is a tiny cubicle with bathroom integrated in it . A sliding partition separates head of bed from toilet and for shower. Thus there is zero privacy. It’s fine if you travel alone or with an intimate partner but not good if sharing room with friend.

All staff were super friendly I had a sim card problem I have registered a roaming service from South Korea, the another applications can work, but only Google map doesn't work I need a sim card urgently but I don't know where I can buy it since Google map doesn't work The female staff in the mid day let me know the location and the other female staff in the afternoon helped me put and set a sim card The process was complicated because she signed up for me and put pin code My English is not fluent but they are so nice Because the staff set my sim card , I am traveling well now Thank you again all of you
