Nice hotel, room was good size with a balcony (no view) though the chairs were not too comfy either on the balcony or in the room. Pool area was nice with a good number of seats. Staff were friendly and provided good information.

Hotel needs to be much more transparent about parking charges. Listings all mention you can park there but there is no mention of a charge which was substantial and way too much in my opinion at 20 euro per day. Breakfast was OK but the hot food wasn't great (temperature and quantity available) and the range of fruit was limited on one of the days. No coffee available after 9pm and with no in-room facility was disappointing.

The breakfast was excellent. The pool lifeguard that worked on the 26.8. and 27.8.2023 was exellent. Alert of the situation at the pool which is unfortunately not always the case.

Guests with a dog always get a room somewhere at the back of the hotel with no or terrible view although we pay more. But this is true for almost all hotels not just for this hotel. Obviously we should be happy and grateful that we can bring our pet at all.

Very nice hotel with excellent pool area. We got a free room upgrade, so there is nothing to complain about. Food quality and selection at breakfast is very good, hotel design is nice and clean, very good hotel.

The beach is a little bit far away (8 min walk), but in the area there are restaurants and shops. Parking garage is a little bit tight with bigger car, but it is safe and covered, so the car won't heat up.

Exceptional breakfast, fancy interiour design, clean - except the carpet, which was ok but not 100% especially under the coach-, comfortable beds, helpful staff. The whole hotel and staff gives an elegant but relaxing feeling - without the need to wear elegant clothes. Beautiful sea view from our balcony…

It was a wasps nest on our balcony so we could not enjoy the view…on the last day we mentioned to the staff and they promised they will take steps… The carpet should be cleaned a bit better… But in total we loved it :)

Breakfast was very good, they serve also slovenian sweets "potica". The staff is very friendly. The garden is beautiful. We could park the car in the large hotel garage. The swimming pool ist a little to small, the turkish bath was not in use without a reason and the floor was sleepy, very dangerous. From our room to the main building, where ist the spa in the cellar, we had to walk on the path outside and it was cold. But all together it was a nice stay at the hotel!

At times the hotel was clearly understaffed, with staff assigned to a couple different jobs. For example, front desk receptionist and wait staff in the restaurant. It took an unreasonable wait to order in the restaurant due to the lack of staff.

Excellent spacious room with a big balcony, very clean and the air conditioning was fully functional as well as manually adjustable. The bed was comfortable enough, the bathroom big enough with shower and soft clean towels. Of course soap, shampoo and shower gel were included. The hotel has its own outside pool with lots of space, free sunbeds and sunshades, and a pool bar. Recommended!

I would only recommend adding a baggage rack in the room for the guests to put their suitcase on.

Everything was exceptional, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is extremely tasty and fresh. The best Portorose experience one can get, can't wait to get back next year!

There were no dislikes, the place is simply amazing!

The room was exceptional. Big room and bathroom, bed very comfortable. The staff was very kind, good service on everything. The music on the background in all the hotel areas was great. We really liked the cocktails from the bar. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Really recommend this hotel
