• Parking far away I do understand that they were fully booked but parking was a 5-7 minute drive from a hotel, though they did provide a so to say transfer to it for free, not something terrible, but something we didn’t like a lot • Wi-Fi isn’t the greatest Can be hard sometimes to watch something before going to sleep

The room was very spacious, we appreciated the entrance with a lot of space for coats, shoes, empty luggage etc. The bed was king-size and comfortable. Excellent food, great location - we got everywhere we wanted on foot.

Parking is close however we had some trouble finding the entrance based on instructions from the receptionist. We would have appreciated a boiling kettle and one more heating unit or clotheshorse to be able to dry wet towels/bathrobes.

Breakfast was nice. You could decide where to sit, at the dinner you have to sit at the same place every day. Food was tasty, drinks you have to pay-expensive. Room was nice and the man at the parking place was very very friendly.

Dont like the way waiters have to take the plate or cup the second you empty it. The lady at check was not realy friendly. You dont get any brosures or map how to get to two different pools, restaurant etc… was very confusing to figure everything out.

Close to the ocean. Rooms were clean. Good breakfast.

There are not many options for vegetarians at dinner. Vegetables are very simple made. Nowadays it should be a must to include at least one "good" vegetarian dish. (even more difficult, when the pasta is also with meat). Would expect more from a hotel this rank.

I like breakfasts, conctions between hotel spa and thermal spa. Son like inside children playground. Also the room are big and clean.

Ladies at reception could work faster. They have really slow mode on. At children playground there is a bar, but closed. So you cannot drink coffee or beer in meantime. Dinner was ok. But there is only one meat and one fish to choose. And 3-5 sides. That is all. I would like to see a few chooseles regarding meat and fish. Here I see a big disappointment and also room to improve.

It was really close to the seaside. our room had sea view that was awesome. We were with a 2 year old, the room was comfortable with him also (appropriate beds and room size).

The parking was managed by the hotel, but took lots of time (we parked in a place rented by the hotel, but really distant from there)

The hotel location is great, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

There is no recording of the cars at the parking and sometimes when it is over packed it might become tricky to get in or out.

Clean and spacious rooms with good location. Nice variety of foods, helpful and kind staff. Access to two different pools. Very good spa for a fair price. Gym is a little bit old, but you can still find most of the common equipment.

Bad wifi. Based on their activity schedule there should be some additional activities in the pool, but they didn't happen. Overall great value for the price.

I was not informed that bathrobe provided in the room costs extra money and I should take my room towels to swimming pool or pay extra money at reception. too thin room walls.

We loved that they parked the car for us, and the londiner too. Also the beach was awesome, we could even swim in the sea! The location is also awesome, everything is close, we could rent a bike too.

Staff was kind of neutral, they never smiled or offered help, but if we asked, they always fulfilled. This hotel is part of a huge chain of juxtapositioned hotels, and there is a massive amount of guests, so it's kind of a hive or a pipeline. Also the petty charges for bathrobe and stuff
