The rooms were so clean Staff is very friendly But the was a white lady was not good to us and to the staff. It's more than 4 years we visit Acacia bt it's for the first time we get that treatment,she just tells other employee infront of us that she is just employee, Just because we make jokes that we're not going to pay she can aske that employee we have a credit with Company

Place was great, exceeded my expectations... Very easy to locate, facilities within the swimming pool area and lapa were awesome. In my quest for tranquility this weekend, this venue was a good choice for such. Friendly staff, thank you Christa for your hospitality... I'd definitely recommend this for couples and singles.

Parking spaces seem smaller than average size, but we managed. Nothing hectic!!

The location of the property, not far from the N1, makes it an ideal overnight stopover. The ambience is pleasant with a beautiful garden and pool layout. The rooms are clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. We loved the huge shower and the coffee machine! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast tasty. A big plus is the fact that we were not affected by load shedding.

The bathroom door was a bit rickety and should be replaced.

Room number 1 needs updating, the bathroom is very old. The Nespresso coffee machine did not work after first pod cause it is old. Need hot chocolate for kid to have hot drink. You can hear the people in the room next door talking.

The lodge has a hotel feel with much attention paid to the little things. Toiletries replenished every day, espresso machine and plenty of coffee and tea in the room. I was welcome to use the kitchen at most times and had access to fruit and water throughout the day. Clem really runs a tight ship. Access is controlled and the location is perfect for any traveller looking for some peace and quiet.

The room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I loved that the property was pet friendly and had extensive garden space to walk the dogs.

Not necessary but would be nice if some part of the garden could be enclosed so dogs could be off lead for a bit. On occasion we were looking for staff and couldn't find anyone in reception.

Our stay was superb. All the facilities met our needs. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The environment is also very well kept with a beautiful garden.

My only reserves were the coffee station. While everything was clean and well stocked, water left in a kettle/coffee machine accumulates dust over time. (Our kettle and coffee machine were no exception). It would be nice if the appliances were emptied and dried before new arrivals.

We chose Acacia Lodge due its close proximity to the N1 as a sleep over from Eastern Cape to JHB. Was quite surprised with large and comfy bed, spacious room and bathroom. The unit was very clean. It definitely exceeded our expectations and the quick brekkie before checking out was great.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The ladies at the kitchen made my breakfast perfectly every time. I had a 3 week stay and it was just comfortable and felt like home. My room was equipped with everything I needed. The Sherry came in handy 🤠🤠

Nothing. I loved everything

We were met with a warm reception and shown to our room with our dogs. The lodge is clean, beautiful and cosy. My dogs were a bit unruly probably because of the travelling but the staff were patient and wonderful. Oh man I would stay there in a heartbeat if I pass by that way again. Thank you 🌺

The property has beautiful gardens. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Definitely an outstanding property that understands the meaning of pet friendly!
