The hotel is well situated and walkable to shops, sports, schools, etc. The staff at this hotel was just simply amazing, helpful and friendly! We also ate a lot of our meals in the hotel and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The hotel is starting to get a bit dated. But the biggest complaint is the bathroom/shower which is literally NEXT TO the bed with zero privacy. That really needs to change. We were travelling in a group and everyone had an idea of how they could change the stupid lay out.

Me and my friend stayed here for one night only in between our travels. Staff were helpful and all amenities were present in the room.

How the shower is not in a room but you have to pull out a curtain which doesn’t go all the way to the wall. So it was pretty awkward for me and my friend as you could see the reflection in the mirror, so we had to be facing the other way while the other was showering. Also we requested a twin bed and had a double bed.

This was truly a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel was very convenient and central.

Definitely will be back, so no complaints. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Bloemfontein. Was there on business, would love to have stayed longer.

The typical standard expected of a Marriott hotel.

Shower in the bedroom with no privacy provided. The one room booked had a separation curtain between the shower and the bed, the other room not. Had a special request prior to check in that the one room have two single beds. Never received a response from the hotel and all rooms had double beds upon arrival.

The staff were great... from the front desk to the breakfast crew, they were friendly, efficient and helpful.

The room was small- tight, there was an interleaving door to the room next door through which we could hear our neighbour talking on her phone. The internet was down for our entire stay. The TV had very limited channels, poor resolution, and poor reception. For the price, it was disappointing.

We couldn't pop our bottle of champagne in the pool area as we were told we only have to purchase drinks from the bar. The swimming pool is dark hence I wasn't sure if it's clean hence I couldn't swim.

The basin wasn’t clean. Restaurant chairs could use some deep cleaning as well. Tv quality is grainy and poor.

It's a very safe, easy to reach off the highway location. And then the great surprise as opens up inside to a lovely courtyard with animals and an exceptional food experience. All food seemed to be prepared from scratch and was exceptional , a very nice stayover

The aircons were set on cold temperature and could not be adjusted to warm temperature. I needed to be warm. They eventually managed to change the setting in my room after I requested an extra blanket.

The room was surprisingly nice. I wasnt expecting much as I knew that the rooms are very small, but the beds were really comfortable, everything was clean and the aircondition worked even during load shedding. The staff at reception and at the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the hotel are run down. The outside facilities were not inviting. There were many mosquitos in the room so I had to spray it before we could stay in it.
