We were alloted room number 1. It was a spacious first floor room with a deck! It was clean, airy with modern amenities. The wifi speed is very fast so it was easy to continue working. The bed was comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep. All the bed and bath linen were clean. It is a huge property with a lot of greenery. They even have a generator to support during load shedding. The staff is always smiling, ready to help and hard working. The property is safe and fully monitored by cctv. The next day we got a warm breakfast. My wife left her watch in the hotel room but they called us back to inform. We will collect it when we visit Bloemfontein next. Thank you to the entire team of Impa lala country estate.

We loved everything. The place is beautiful and serene. The gardens and pool area are so peaceful. The host Brian was amazing, from check-in, to the time he accepted us for breakfast, and checking us out. Awesome breakfast by the way. I did not get your chef's name, but she knows how to make a mean breakfast! The place is really great value for money. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Cannot think of anything to complain about. I would suggest pre-sending a gate code on check-in, instead of having the guests phone when at the gate. Otherwise, everything else was amazing.

Warm welcome on our late arrival, and staff were efficient and helpful. Secure off street parking. Very spacious bedroom en suite with added kitchenette and seating area, and a balcony. Bed very comfortable and unit clean, and the heater warmed the room nicely. Shower had good pressure and heat. Park-like setting with lots of bird-life. Excellent value for money, and we would certainly highly recommend

There was no fresh fruit and we would prefer pork or beef sausages to the cheese grillers for breakfast

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean towels, fresh and nice breakfast. I would like to go back in summer! The area outside looked so nice especially for hot weather.

Nothing really except that there was load shedding when we arrived and the room was very cold. However as soon as the electricity came back the aircon did wonders and room got warm quickly. I recommend owner to put a mat beside the beds, and a kitchen swab in the kitchen area.

We are so glad we found this beautiful gem. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. a Hearty breakfast were included and the English breadfast was outstanding. For a vegeterian option you could have the tasty omlette with cheese, tamato and mushrooms. Well kept surroundings

There is no facility on premises where you can get a beverage, after a long drive.

This is the perfect place to stay! Clean, safe, and wonderful breakfast. The room was perfectly set up and had everything we needed. Brian helped us with all our questions and was very friendly

The grounds are beautiful. Security is great. Rooms are great - nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff are fantastic and so are the owners. We would stay there again.

I struggled to find the place as the address landed me on some else’s house using GPS. I’m unsure if the address was the problem or the GPS.

Firstly the gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and advised us where all our amenities were. As a family of four with a toddler and baby having two double beds was a bonus. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and great breakfast.

A bigger pool.

Their staff are supper friendly we met Brian and Mercy, Brian greeted us and assisted us and Mercy was the breakfast chef. Its a peaceful and safe area. The place has good security, gardens are beautiful and you have a beautiful view over the town

This is a B&B so there isnt self catering facilities but it would be nice to have plates and larger bins inside because we stayed the weekend and have kids and we got take outs for the evenings and wasnt easy eating from the boxes. But we would definitely go again
